Una casa davvero difficile da dimenticare. ❤️ Il punto di forza assoluto è la terrazza panoramica: una vista invidiabile su Ortigia, con Siracusa davanti agli occhi e, lateralmente, la suggestiva Chiesa della Madonna delle Lacrime. Un luogo che, soprattutto al tramonto e durante le cene, riesce a regalare atmosfere semplicemente meravigliose. La casa è spaziosa, luminosa e curata, con ampie camere tutte con vista mare e aria condizionata in ogni ambiente, dettaglio fondamentale nelle calde giornate siciliane. La cucina è abitabile e perfettamente funzionale anche per soggiorni più lunghi. E poi c’è quella terrazza… Abbiamo passato lì momenti bellissimi: cenare con una vista così, respirare l’aria di Siracusa e vedere le luci della città accendersi lentamente è un’esperienza che rimarrà nel cuore. Anche la posizione è davvero comoda: forno, pescheria e supermercati sono praticamente a pochi metri, quindi tutto ciò che serve è a portata di mano. E per raggiungere Ortigia bastano circa 10 minuti. Una casa che unisce vista, comodità, spazio e quella magia tutta siciliana che ti fa venire voglia di tornare.

L'architecture et le style de l'appartement

Very roomy flat. Great views of the city, air conditioning in all rooms. Very close to supermarket and shops.

Location was very near the people we were visiting, so certainly perfect for our purposes, but not necessarily perfect for everyone.

Very stingy with supplies... soap, shampoo, and bathroom tissue. Main bathroom's soap dispenser was nearly empty. One tiny round bar of soap for four days. No paper towels supplied in the kitchen. Had to purchase additional supplies -- not a major expense in terms of money, but costly in a different sense: it used up precious vacation time shopping for things that already should be supplied and therefore diminished the value of the accomodations. In addition, the shower stall is very small and has no place to put soap, shampoo, etc. The shower faucet spews water in multiple directions, sapping already insufficient water pressure. In short, I found lacking the type of small, thoughtful conveniences that do so much to encourage repeat bookings.
