It was very nice!!

Very good location, near to train station. The host was very polite and helpful. Apartment was modern and tidy, although very hot! It is a good choice for visiting Bellinzona, Locarno, Lugano!

Communication with the owner was very good and precise. Very clean. The location and parking

To access the bathroom you had to leave the bedroom and go through a hallway. The fire door couldn’t be opened. The sheets were old, bobbly and rough. The towels were small. There was a kettle but no coffee and only herbal tea. The bedroom was extremely hot

Extremely clean! All what you need was available in the room!!! The bed was amazing and comfy! After all tej hikes it was a pleasure to rest there Responsive host, super nice cleaning lady.

It was not obvious how to get there, instructions should be in the booking message, we were waiting to get instructions, so that caused a bit inconvenient. Just a small feedback for the future tweaks.

On our way from Interlaken to Milan we stopped for one night at this place, it was just great. A quiet, cozy, clean place and a very nice host. There was even beer in the fridge for free! Great value for the price!

Very quiet and comfortable, good communication from owner, private parking, much appreciated snacks in fridge. We drove 15 mins to top end of lake maggiore, and it worked well as base for early start to get through gotthard tunnel beating the crowds

I would have preferred are more direct communication about the check in. When we arrived we were not sure where to check in and which Apartment was ours.

The aircon was pointless. We were so uncomfortable during the night. Bedding was man made fiber which added to being uncomfortable! The bed was pushed up against the wall, so we had to crawl into it. We couldn't get the TV to work and were told assistance was on the way, nobody turned up. All a poor experience

unexpected lovely stay in last minute booking

Everything. We had a really lovely stay, it really felt like an oasis in the middle of the desert. Leandro, the host, was incredibly kind, super friendly, welcoming. He really made as feel like home. the bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood was super quiet, there is a small waterfall nearby and you can hear the sound during your sleep, it was just lovely. the place was spotless and had everything we might have needed, even drinks! (by the way thank you so much for the drinks and coffee!)

Leandro was waiting for us when we arrived even though we were running late. This made sure we had a warm welcome. Very good host!! The appartment was clean and service was top tier.

The room is in a nice and modern building in a quite residential area. It is perfectly clean. For a longer stay it is probably too small but for a day or two, it is a perfect place. I appreciated very warm welcome and free beverages.

We arrived late and Leandro was still able to accommodate us. His apartment is comfortable, very clean and very well equipped. Next time we will be in the area, we will stay with Leandro again.

Modern, Clean, Comfortable

It is a very nice Appartement and Leandro a nice Host. I loved taking a rain shower and having a parking lot. The area is also very great for making fast trips to interesting nearby locations.

Got nothing bad to say. I liked having a water cooker but would've liked cups with it as we didn't want to pour hot water in the available glasses (we like to bring our own coffee).
