Quiet and comfortable

Quiet place not far from Bellinzona, and if you have a car it's very convenient because you can park literally in front of the main door. The windows are luminous but they can be completely shut if you like darkness. The structure is warm but without noises. We slept well. We didn't meet anybody, but the owner - Leandro - was always very kind and available on Whatsapp.

The house has many rooms and bathrooms, some in common and some private (but external). When we booked we didn't understand that our private bathroom was going to be external.

Perfect for couples or people who have a car and look for calm and quiet places with comfort and cleanliness.

Everything! Super clean, spacious room with the possibility to use the shared kitchen to heat food ( not equipped to cook). It has a balcony, perfect to enjoy the sun and calmness of the place. There was also a kettle, 2 bottles of water in the fridge, tea, tissues and lens cleaners. There is also a parking lot in the property, easily accessible. The town is small but there are some markets in the area to get basic stuff and food. Also restaurants. Leandro was super attentive and friendly. He also recommended us where to eat.

The towels and sheets could be replaced, as they were a bit thin and worn, but I think this is a minor issue that can be easily solved.

Owner committed fraud and overbooked

The owner overbooked the property and took our money, leaving us waiting in the street.

Due to a family emergency, we requested a refund of the reservation or a change of dates from the owner, and the owner offered to move the reservation date to the following day. Through Booking, he informed us that we did not need to take any further action and that it was not necessary to change the reservation or pay anything extra, as the night was already paid for; we should simply arrive the next day and he would send us the access information. On that day, we went to the property but did not receive the access information. After trying to contact the owner through Booking and by phone without any response, we were forced to wait outside at night. Eventually, the owner replied that he had booked that night for other guests and that therefore we had nowhere to stay.

Really enjoyed my stay and I would love to stay again in the future.

It is in a peaceful location, the bed was very comfortable so I had a great nights sleep. Very easy to check-in and good parking for my motorbike.

Very good for a stopover. Clean. Attentive host.

Very good as an affordable stopover from and to Italy. It is a family home and the individual rooms are rented out. We booked the master bedroom with its own bathroom. Checking in was easy as host provided detailed and clear instructions. Host was attentive and provided late in the evening battery for tv remote.

The mattress was a bit soft to my liking, nevertheless I had good night sleep.

Excelente estadia!

Ótima localização para quem está de passagem pois fica muito próximo a rodovia. Estrutura excelente, tudo muito limpo e organizado! O Leandro foi muito atencioso e prestativo. inclusive me ajudou a resolver uma situação de pedágio! A casa fica num bairro residencial, com uns pequenos sítios ao redor, com plantações e algumas vaquinhas, muito calmo e bonito! Fiquei encantada ao chegar, quando ouvi o barulho do sino das vaquinhas! Foi nossa primeira estadia na Suíça e amamos!

Erg vriendelijke snel reagerende behulpzame gastheer (alleen app contact gehad), fles water met en zonder bubbels in de koelkast, thee aanwezig. Handzeep, shampoo etc zijn aanwezig. Winkels en leuk restaurant dichtbij. Aanwezigheid van prima ventilator voor een beetje verkoeling bij warme dagen.

Onze kamer en badkamer waren gescheiden (hadden we wellicht kunnen weten), te dunne hoofdkussens naar onze smaak.

Logement hyperfonctionnel, parfaitement pensé et bien organisé, Qualité de communication dans le moindre détail même en heure tardive, avant, pendant et après le séjour; hôte particulièrement attentif. Parking assuré le long de l'hébergement.

Proprietario attivo e chiaro nelle indicazioni. Stanza pulita, eccetto qualche residuo sul dispenser del sapone. Bella vista. Tè e bollitore disponibili.

Ingresso poco invitante. Manca una separazione tra tra le due parti di balcone usate da ospiti di camere diverse, così che usando il balcone lo si deve condividere con estranei. Non c'era scritto che non c'era colazione ma sarebbe stato più chiaro leggere che non c'era. Non era abbastanza chiaro dalla descrizione che ci fosse il frigo, e facendoci opportunamente caso avrei colto quest'occasione. L'orario di uscita alle 11.00 non è flessibilissimo, per quanto in linea con altre strutture. Non si capisce bene dove parcheggiare. La tenda della vasca-doccia è scomoda. E' lontano l'accesso ad altri servizi. C'era una sola bustina di karkadè a disposizione. A parte il lenzuolino non c'era una reale coperta, a parte un piumone molto nascosto in una cesta, che ho notato solo al mattino e che avrebbe potuto far comodo avendo avuto leggermente freddo durante la notte.

Vše nové, čisté, naprostá spokojenost. Mobilní klimatizace pro horké dny. Společná kuchyň s velkou lednicí a mrazákem, jídelním stolem, jen bez veškerého vybavení. Hodnotím pozitivně, nebylo uvedeno, že bude k dispozici.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem ruhigen Ort

Es war sehr sauber und man hatte einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer der bereits mit zwei großen Flaschen Wasser bestückt war. Bequeme Betten, süßer kleiner Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft.

Keine Balkonabtrennung zum Nachbarn.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter (Leandro). Self Check-in mit sehr ausführlichen Erklärungen via WhatsApp. Tolle, ruhige Lage und extrem saubere, schöne Unterkunft. Parkplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft. Hilfreiche Tipps von Leandro auch bzgl. Restaurants in der Umgebung etc. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder einmal, wenn wir einen Zwischenstop oder Kurzurlaub im Tessin planen.

Hôte prévenant mais discret, conseils, on se sent accueilli car attendu. Communication efficace rapide et chaleureuse. Très grand espace chambre corridor salle de bain. Grand frigo (et bouteille d'eau d'accueil). 5 min à pied de la gare et pourtant calme chambre face montagne et champ. Tout est vert et reposant. La photo c'est la vue depuis le lit.

Cela ne tient pas à l'hôte. 3 nuits les voisins de chambre ont été très irrespectueux en matière de bruit bien après 23h. Peut-être le matelas serait à changer dans qq mois ou alors il faut aimer les matelas un peu mous. C'est peut-être moi qui suis habituée à plus dur. Mais j'ai très bien dormi.

Purtroppo sono potuto stare solo 1 notte in questa struttura perché dovevo ripartire. Personale molto accogliente e mi hanno spiegato tutto quello che bisognava fare alla perfezione, in modo tale da stare tranquillo e di sbrigare le mie faccende. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare in Svizzera mi rifermerei da loro.😊

Tout était parfait pour notre court séjour

Un hôte exceptionnel. Très serviable et adorable. Nous avons passé 1 nuit et tout était parfait. L’endroit est en pleine nature et c’est le calme. La maison est moderne et il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans les chambres. Les conseils de restaurants de Leandro étaient parfaits.
