Welcoming communication by the host with clear guidance about access. Overall very spacey and clean apartment with large bathroom and comfortable bed/ good quality linen, next to door on site parking, place easy to access by car and self check-in
The place was freshly cleaned with strong detergents’ smell (probably accidentally) as overall all place was exceptionally well maintained and clean

Il letto era estremamente comodo, sono stata in diversi alberghi e lavoro pure in un 4 stelle superior, ma quel materasso della camera gialla era proprio eccezionale. L'oste è stato davvero gentilissimo e nonostante la prenotazione e arrivo quasi di notte, ha comunque proceduto a darmi indicazioni per accedere autonomamente alla camera. La sua cortesia e gentilezza metteno di buon umore e mi ha fatto davvero piacere aver trovato questa opportunità per sostare durante un lungo viaggio verso l'Italia.

Eigentlich ist das 33 ein modernes Einfamilienhaus mit unten Wohnen/Essen und 1Du/WC, oben 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 mit Du/WC inside (Zimmer blau), 1Badewanne/WC auf dem Flur zur alleinigen Benützung Zimmer Grün und 1 EZ (orange) mit Du/WC unten (alleinige Benützung). Das ganze Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber, die Matratzen sehr angenehm. Pflegeprodukte und Mineralwasser vorhanden, jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen kleinen Kühlschrank. Die Lage: unweit des Bahnhofs in einem sehr ruhigen Quartier. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen. Danke Leandro auch für den Restaurant-Tipp.
