The games room was a great family area Property was very clean Spacious areas for a large group Host was very friendly

Low wall at the rear of the garden so dog had to be on a lead Traffic noise No bin bags or dishwasher tablets Hot tub broke so this was not available for part of our stay

Highly recommended for a group getaway.

It was very clean and there was plenty space for everyone. Having the different social spaces was excellent. Our toddler especially loved the sheep, pigs and chickens across the road. A 4 minute drive to an excellent beach.

Games room was fantastic. House had fantastic facilities. Big spacious comfortable bedrooms. House is in need of a few repairs which must be difficult when it’s always fully booked But overall a great house and would highly recommend Colin was fantastic nothing was too much trouble and went above and beyond to make it a great stay

Great facilities for every age , the games room was a big hit , and kids lived the outdoor space

Dad's 60th

We came here to celebrate our Dad's 60th. The property had absolutely everything we could have wanted and more. It was spotless and ready for our arrival. Colin, the host, explained everything perfectly regarding check in and and where everything was. There was absolutely no issues with our stay the location was great and all of the facilities were in great condition. A really lovely property was plenty to keep everyone entertained. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Tigh Nar Mhoor family break Had a great time very relaxing

It was easy to get to, and not only was the home clean and spacious, but a lot of care and thought had gone into it. We had great fun in the games room, a pamper session with the whirlpool tub and family fun in the hot tub and bar. Cruyden Bay Beach was breathtaking! Colin was a great host, answered a call every time. Will be going back!!

There was nothing to dislike. We even had a view of baby lambs every day.

There was nothing about this property we didn’t like. Cruden Bay, Peterhead and Ellon are not within walking distance, however, we knew this before booking and if we weren’t able to drive taxi’s were easily accessible.

Hubbys 50th Weekend

Absolutely amazing house for a group of family, friends and kids, amazing games room, With full pool table, arcade games, Vr headsets, hot tub, bar, 75 inch smart t.v for everyone to enjoy, we booked this for my hubbys 50th.We made lots of great memories and Hubby loved his Weekend, Great host, Just a fantastic stay, very comfy beds too and a jacuzzi bath, only 2 miles from the Beach too just everything was amazing, thank you Colin and Donna for letting us enjoy your house xx❤ We will be back!!!

The place is beautifully decorated and we loved the outdoor space! We could chill in the hot tub or sit in the undercover bit. The bbq is great and and the games room has so many things to do that even when it rained you weren't bored. The communication between the owner and myself was excellent as well. Very impressed.

Just back from a weekend stay here, absolutely loved it. The house itself is beautiful, and spotlessly clean. Something for everyone with the games room being a huge hit with our family. The hosts couldn’t do enough and made sure you had everything you could possibly need. Any problems they’re just a phone call away! We will definitely be back
