Sleeping up to 14 guests, it’s perfect for families, friends and groups. Enjoy the cinema room, games room, children’s playroom and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area for everyone to gather. Outside, relax in the hot tub* or explore the large garden with countryside views – ideal for kids and furry friends. *Hot tub £250 per stay.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole property during your stay.
Other Things to Note:
We may ask for a damage security deposit to confirm your booking, this will be returned to you upon check out.
Please note we will not tolerate more than 14 guests staying at this property.
Stag & Hen parties are NOT allowed.
