The location was good. The kitchen was well equipped. You have everything to cook, to eat and to clean. The heater and the hot water were ok. The bed confortable. And sheets and towels clean and enough.
Very little light in the house when it gets dark.
And a little more cleaning would be appreciated.

The location, charm of place,friendly Hoist, Piece and quiet. Field next door has Alpackas in.

Peaceful, private, well-equipped, cosy and comfortable.
Large kitchen with everything needed to self-cater.
Lovely big bed, good heating system, and log burner was a bonus.
WiFi excellent, enabling me to work from the property on one of the days.
Within easy striking distance of shopping, eating/drinking out at Uttoxeter; commuting to work in Stafford; and close to the Peak District.
Very friendly and amenable host.
Nothing to dislike. It’s a little rough around the edges, and some of the pictures are rather old-fashioned, but no real flaws.
