Friendly staff, access to the location is possible in the middle of the night. We've been there for the second time, so no surprise. Everything was clean. We've been with 5 people, so it becomes a bit packed, but still enough space for everyone.
That we've been there for only a few nights :)

The apartment was quite spacious and well equipped - iron, AC, dishes and all for cooking. Located right next to a metro line.
Bed was too soft, after two nights my back was sore. Water pressure in shower was low. Sheets were a bit stained. Main issue - communication with the host was very bad. Before arrival she did not answer to my messages. I arrived late due to a flight delay and the entrance code did not work. The host did not answer my messages or calls. I had to look for a different accommodation in the middle of the night. The next day she did not even apologise.
