Vorgarten Apartments - central, new and stylish for your comfortable stay in Vienna

We've stayed at this property a couple of times and always had a great experience. This time we tried a different room and it worked well for our needs. Great instructions on how to use everything in the apartment (blinds, smart appliances, AC). Dishwasher and washing machine available (including soap). Nice coffee machine. Effective communication from the hosts via messages (we had an issue with our door code initially but the host resolved it promptly). The written instructions on where to park nearby and how to get to the property were really useful. Location perfect for our needs and close to Prater.

The floor inside our room appeared a bit dirty and some of the cutlery in the drawers too.

All access: locking, air condition etc were explained so lean and easy to handle.

The apartment was quite spacious and well equipped - iron, AC, dishes and all for cooking. Located right next to a metro line.

Bed was too soft, after two nights my back was sore. Water pressure in shower was low. Sheets were a bit stained. Main issue - communication with the host was very bad. Before arrival she did not answer to my messages. I arrived late due to a flight delay and the entrance code did not work. The host did not answer my messages or calls. I had to look for a different accommodation in the middle of the night. The next day she did not even apologise.
