Praktischer Türcode. Sehr sauberes Appartment.

excellent location of the apartment and easily accessible with the main entrance door just adjacent to the main road... beautiful neighborhood as well. walking distance towards wein exhibition centre and towards prater amusement park and donaukanal. metro going to the main city centre is 20metres away and most of the halal turkish restaurants + semberija grill house is located opposite the apartment.. and the food is better priced considering stephanplatz...
few things.. the owner or caretaker poorly responds to our queries.. unfortunately same on whatsapp as well... takes cleaning fee but hardly any cleaning done.. no washing machine in the apartment.

-The location to the subway to get to tourist attractions was amazing. -Lot's of good restaurants close by -Large grocery store a block away
-Found a live rat on the ground floor -The door to the building doesn't lock -The furniture is cheaper -The rug in living was stained -The shower stunk like sewage -The shower leaks a lot -The toilet plugged up several times and their now way no fix it
