Location Tea and coffee provided Cleaned well Comfy bed Decent facilities and quiet area.

Not as good quality as pictures looked. Done up cheaply but sufficiently. No TV but nice lighting. Pictures included a terrace which I thought I would be getting (this is the reason I booked it) I think there’s an issue in advertising the room in one location but having to pick up the keys a twenty minute walk away. It’s fine if you’re coming from central station or you’re happy cycling, but it’s odd to have to do your own admin and not great if you have extra needs (even if it is stated somewhere on the advert page, it’s not something I’ve ever thought about to find within the info). Woken up in the night by scratching rats under the floorboards. Horrid! Continued a long time. Difficult to deal with, I’m sure, and they weren’t visible but it’s not ideal.

Mosquiots everywhere. They need to sort this issue. At least 4 in the bedroom ate me alive

Worst stay yet. Bitten by mosquitos all night as window open and no fan available. Actually felt really ill next 2 days and covered in mosquioto bites!!.I have them all over my arms, feet and back. You need to sort this out. It's terrible. They just live in the apartment and outside. Waiting to eat you alive.

- Great location - Good size apartment Only negative point is the keys. We were 2 and would have appreciated a second set of keys to be able to come and go as we pleased instead of continuously checking on the other.

The booked apartment did not have 6 beds, but 4. (1. proof: screenshot of my booking confirmation). Partial refund ni should be made from your side What you did with your additional rules hanging on your door inside the apartment is PSYCHOPATIC AND ILLEGAL !!! The apartment rules are like I saw and booked on booking.com , the rules I have in my booking confirmation (2. proof: screenshot of my booking confirmation). vs. your paper hanging on the door. There are 3 rules : no noise, no smoking, no parties). There is no single mention about forbidden private visits and threatening with extra charges of 25 euro per visitor or 950 euro or immediate termination of a contract without a refund !!!) Your paper with rules hanging on the door , especially the part about private visits, was written by a PSYCHOPATIC CRAZY PERSON and I will go against it with all means ! (3. proof: screenshot of your psychopatic threats ). While booking through booking.com we both sides made a legal contract through a booking contract confirmation from booking.com , Your psychopatic threats about private visits WERE NOT MENTIONED NEITHER DURING THE RESERVATION PROCESS ON BOOKING.COM , NOR IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE RESERVATION - IN THE BOOKING.COM RESERVATION CONFIRMATION. IT IS ILLEGAL WHAT YOU ARE DOING , SURPRISING YOUR GUEST WITH YOUR EXTRA RULES AND YOUR PSYCHOPATIC THREATS , AT FIRST AFTER THE ARRIVAL IN THE APARTMENT !!! I AM REQUESTING A COMPENSATION FROM YOU . The property got 5 business days from booking.com to respond to this. Until now, after 10 days still no response. Because they know that they act illegally.

Situated very nicely near the centrum.

It’s quite a small room. You sleep with everyone in the same room and there are no curtains in the kitchen which means that it’s already very soon light in the room. Moreover, toilet is a bit small.

The location, it was situated in the city centre and in a "quiet" area, but only a few minutes away from Antwerp's red light district, a more "dangerous" area.

The insecurity I felt, given that one day at three o'clock in the morning someone started ringing the flat doorbell non-stop. That made me feel insecure. Also, one floor down there were some tenants who were very annoying and listened to loud music.

The location is very accessible, close to center yet a rather quiet neighbourhood (but pretty noisy at night because of drunk ppl). Also great that a kitchen is attached.

A bit dirty. You could see quite some hair in the apartment, and your foot will get black pretty fast if you walk barefoot. Although can’t really complain much because of the fair price.

Wonderful apartment in a great area.

Perfect location, a short walk to all the sites and shopping of Antwerp but quiet for sleeping. The bed was very comfortable, and the heating was perfect for a cold March visit. I really liked the bathroom and shower. The apartment was perfect for a solo traveller who likes his space :) The hosts were really helpful and friendly. I'd stay again!

Occasionally there would be an unpleasant smell from the drains. The motion-activated lights in the toilet were annoying as you had to keep moving, or you were plunged into darkness (but hardly a big deal).

The complete opposite of cozy. They forgot to add anything that would make you feel comfortable. Like colour, warmth, etc. Everything was grey.

ventilation is really bad, the whole apartment is chocking, floor was not really clean, shoeprints on the stairs towards the loft, the door to the balcony was multifunctioned cannot be fully closed, which make the apartment quite noisy specially during the night

the property was close to the city Center, the hosts were very friendly when I checked in

there is a horrible sewerage smell, the sleeper couch is not suitable for adults. The mattresses and pillows have seen better days. There is nothing Cozy about the apartment. When I enquired as if it was possible to move to something better I had no response.
