Very good value for money, great staff

The girls at the reception, Alina and Vlada, are the souls of this hotel. They were super welcoming and helpful and attended to every little request that we had. The breakfast was good, everyone can find something for themselves. The hotel is clean and neat, it’s pleasant to stay at.

The apres-ski bar right next to the hotel is usually quite loud, it might bother people who’d want to go to bed before 23 o’clock. But could be also super fun if you go there :)

Plus you are a minutes walk to the main streets with a variety of shops and restaurants ! Top for us was hearing the running river from our balcony - and only using the car once all week !! Truely fabulous location !

Peaceful and magical naturesque place.

Was clean, loved the wood feel to it, the staff were super friendly. Absolutely loved the breakfast. Too bad we didn’t know was out of season so was no were to eat around

If you out of season be prepared with food as they have lots of restaurant but they are all closed. Nothing I didn’t like about the hotel 😌

It's OK for once

I appreciated the quick communication from the hotel. We opted for breakfast/dinner included, which turned out to be the right decision as all other restaurants were closed due to the off-season. The room was clean and spacious.

While face to face, there were occasional smiles and attempts at communication, but I couldn't feel genuine warmth or hospitality from the heart. The hotel told me dinner was from 7 pm, but when I arrived at the restaurant, people were already dining and several menu items were unavailable. I contacted reception because the water was not warm. They informed me that they had increased the strength of the boiler and suggested I keep the tap open until it became warmer. After a long wait, it only became warm, not hot, and I felt guilty about wasting water. In conclusion, the hotel was just okay; I can't say I am fully satisfied. However, after receiving a complaint from the hotel, I adjusted my score to be more favorable. Good job, hotel.

We were at room 216- it is just next to an external staircase that leads to a service room; so late in the night and early in the morning we heard footsteps of the staff Plus - the shower in the room was not sealed so a lot of water poured out Other than that - any other room should be good

Some of the parking places are very difficult to park and get out of. When we came there was only one available parking spot and it was very difficult to park and get out.

A great choice for a short staying

1) Nice staff - there were no problems with check-in or staying there 2) Good location - right in the village center, about 5 minutes walk to bus stops 3) Clean and comfortable room with well-equipped bathroom 4) Very good and various breakfast 5) A really great view from a balcony to mountains 6) Change of towels happened every day

1) It would be very good to have at least a small bar fringe in the room. And also a table in the balcony 2) There is a very loud water stream right near the hotel, so it can be noisy to sleep with opened windows 3) The room wasn't big - but it had a balcony (it was a great plus), which, however, wasn't clean at all.
