The girls at the reception, Alina and Vlada, are the souls of this hotel. They were super welcoming and helpful and attended to every little request that we had.
The breakfast was good, everyone can find something for themselves.
The hotel is clean and neat, it’s pleasant to stay at.
The apres-ski bar right next to the hotel is usually quite loud, it might bother people who’d want to go to bed before 23 o’clock. But could be also super fun if you go there :)

I appreciated the quick communication from the hotel. We opted for breakfast/dinner included, which turned out to be the right decision as all other restaurants were closed due to the off-season. The room was clean and spacious.
While face to face, there were occasional smiles and attempts at communication, but I couldn't feel genuine warmth or hospitality from the heart.
The hotel told me dinner was from 7 pm, but when I arrived at the restaurant, people were already dining and several menu items were unavailable.
I contacted reception because the water was not warm. They informed me that they had increased the strength of the boiler and suggested I keep the tap open until it became warmer. After a long wait, it only became warm, not hot, and I felt guilty about wasting water.
In conclusion, the hotel was just okay; I can't say I am fully satisfied. However, after receiving a complaint from the hotel, I adjusted my score to be more favorable. Good job, hotel.
