Was met by a smiling woman who helped us with check in and parking, and made a great first impression. We had a spacious balcony. The rooms are so well decorated and it's a wonderful attention to detail. Felt "at home" at the same time as it felt like mountain-luxury far away from home.
The parking was a bit tricky in the area, but it was as stress-free as possible with the help from the staff.

There was no breakfast provided, which I hadn't realised before booking. I'm sure it must have been disclosed somewhere but it definitely wasn't prominent.
The Wi-Fi was basically useless, which cause some difficulty as we both had some work correspondence to deal with.
