In apartmant A4 there was a leaking in the shower so water was in the entire bathroom.Matress on the bed should be change.

the first thing you will notice is the terrible smell of cigarettes. The worst thing is that the staff knows about it. A big card says that you will pay a fine of 200 euros for smoking, but when you report the problem to them - they say they are just sorry but it's not their fault. „You stay you pay”. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, Triest is a big city, for sure you will find something better with more hospitality, ethics and responsibility in business.

Nice, central and comfortable

Nice spacious apartment, clean, central, although in a quite street. The owner was very nice and attentive to our needs. We stayed 1 week and we found a parking place in the same street or nearby every day, except one night, and parked at the Silos, which is very near. There is also a big supermarket nearby.

In one of the room cellular reception was sometimes poor and there is not enough storage space for clothing, as we were 2 adults and 2 small children, for 1 week.

Good location and good price

Location is really good and everything is reachable by foot. Parking garage is near too. Getting keys from a lock box was easy. Tow separated rooms with a beds.

There was no hot water in a whole apartment. It seems that the water heater was turned off. It was not clear how we can turn it on since there was no switch in bathroom or some other place and host was not answering on a message via booking.

Modern and spacious apartment near the Trieste train station

The host was more than forthcoming and hospitable. During our stay, he messaged us to make sure everything is ok and that we are satisfied with the stay. The location is ideal for trips by train and there are good and reliable lockers to leave luggage really close by. The apartment is spacious and modern and equipped with everything we needed to make the stay great. This is amazing value for money and really convenient for exploring Italy by train.

Spacious, nice and apartment in the narrow city area of Trieste. The host provided all necessary information in time, for check-in, parking a car, etc.

Bathroom needs fixing some problems with water leaking from shower cabin. There was some unpleasant smell in the area of kitchen. Those are minor things, but need to be fixed.

Disappointing

Internet is excellent, the apartment is clean, comfortable, and the location is very good, 10 min walk to Piazza della Borsa.

The accommodation is not worth the money, the apartment is renovated and everything is new, but everything is the cheapest, there is no quality furniture. You can feel very high humidity in the whole apartment, mattresses, pillows too, the apartment is dark, there is no daylight, you have to turn on the light during the whole day from the morning. It's not healthy at all, small children and people who have breathing problems can't spend a day in this accommodation! The train station is nearby, it's full of migrants, unfortunately it's not nice to see and you don't feel safe when you see it, so it's recommended to go down the street away from the station.

the place is central and stylish. communication with the owner was easy and helpful. very easy check-in /checkout process.

the shower door doesn’t close, resulting in a huge splash all over the bathroom and the corridor. not ideal for 3 people as the second bed is in the kitchen and just about the room there is a boiler or other appliances from the neighbor which was very noisy. hard to find parking for a car in the streets nearby.

Location is very near city center.

We didint like the toilet because they have slide door and thear are no possibility to close the door. Also notes about additional fee for unwashed dishes are terrible. We didint used it but its too much, what is next? To clean and vacume all before check out ?

an excellent choice for a family, clean and comfortable

love how clean and spacious it was. the beds were the most comfortable I’ve been in (in 4 months of travelling!) So close to everything you need and only steps from the train station
