Just what we needed

Beautiful little village with scenic surroundings. A perfect place 20 min from the Spa race track.

Kitchen was a little cold without the log burner on.

Pleasant

Beautiful traditional house, with lots of clutter, not my taste, but hey not my house right,

there are pear trees either side of the main door, so there were wasps everywhere, and the kitchen gets riddled with fruit flies despite keeping the windows and doors closed in 32 degree heat, pillows were just flat pieces of foam we slept using the sofa cushions TOP TIP take fly spray so your not eating fruit flies with every MEAL.

Exceptional

Very clean and comfy house with tv, good wifi and a friendly host that helped us to find beautiful hikes at a walking distance. Location was also great and we really enjoyed the view from the bedroom with the snowy field !

Eerst gebeld worden, hoe laat je aankomt. Prima dat we wat later kwamen, hadden zij de tijd nog snel alles in orde te maken. Vervolgens word ik via Booking gebeld dat men overboekt heeft en we dus niet konden komen! Wat een farce, durfden zij dat niet zelf te zeggen toen zij mij aan de lijn hadden!

Wenn es so bleibt, werden wir nicht wiederkommen.

Die Lage des Hauses ist prima. Man erreicht schnell alle schönen Wanderwege.

Vor 2 Jahren waren wir schon einmal in dem Haus. Es hatte eine schöne Atmosphäre und wir haben eine erholsame Woche dort verlebt. Die Küche war allerdings damals schon alt und schlecht ausgestattet. In diesem Oktober war es eine Zumutung: Der Kühlschrank war verschimmelt; der Herd defekt. Die dazugestellten Induktionsplatten waren kaum zu benutzen, da die meisten Töpfe dafür nicht geeignet waren. Die ganze Küche bedarf einer gründlichen Reinigung; besser noch: austauschen. Die Badewanne musste ich auch erst einmal schrubben. Alle Textilien, Handtücher, Sofakissen, Decke haben schlecht gerochen. Mein Versuch, die Daunenoberbetten zu lüften, war kontraproduktiv: in der Sonne fing die alte Daune an zu stinken. Aus den Heizungschlitzen kam warme Luft, konnten aber nicht geregelt verschlossen werden- daher eine unerträgliche Hitze in den Schlafzimmern. In der Küche ist keine Heizung. Es macht den Eindruck, als würde sich niemand mehr um das Haus kümmern, von rudimentärem Reinigen abgesehen. Was wir sehr schade finden. Denn das Haus hat Potenzial und könnte mit relativ wenig Aufwand ansprechend hergerichtet werden.

Ruim huis op mooie locatie. Wel wat gebreken.

Mooie locatie, groot huis met veel kamers. Erg mooie en rustige tuin met 4-zits tuinset. Lage prijs voor ruim huis. Schoon sanitair + ligbad. Nieuwe kunststof kozijnen en deur.

Het huis was niet helemaal schoon, zoals de keuken en gang. Enkele faciliteiten waren stuk. De kookplaat werkte niet helemaal en een bedframe was losgekomen. Ook de gordijnrails is aan vervanging toe. De uitleg van de verwarming ontbrak, maar het huis is goed warm te stoken. De thermostaat hangt op de grote slaapkamer.

We hebben genoten van het huis en veel gezien en gedaan in de omgeving.

De ruimte in het huis en de locatie.

Van 1 bed was de lattenbodem kapot. 1 Pit van het gasstel deed het maar. En we kwamen er de 2e dag achter dat er verwarming was en niet alleen houtkachels.

Ungewöhnlich

Das Haus ist schon in die Jahre gekommen,aber mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und sauber. Es ist funktional eingerichtet. Der kleine Garten lädt zum Frühstücken ein. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und ruhig. Für einen Kurzurlaub gerne wieder. Es gibt auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Toilettenpapier und Küchenpapier muß man mitbringen. Die wichtigsten Gewürze sind vorhanden,ebenso genügend Geschirr für mindestens 6 Personen. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem,das von William so schnell wie möglich erledigt wurde. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Zu wenig Toilettenpapier. Das Badezimmer war etwas zu kalt.

Gezellig

Gezellige woning, grappig concept, gezellige living, leuke kamer, heel licht huisje. Propere badkamer. Fijne uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen.

In het begin moeilijk warm te krijgen, het rook er naar sigaretten . Maar eens het warm was voelden we ons thuis. Handig zou zijn wat uitleg bij de kachel.

Bon emplacement avec assez d’espace mais équipements à améliorer pour que je songe à revenir

Son emplacement, le fait que ça soit une maison avec deux chambres. La décoration et le fait de faire de la récupération est une chouette démarche.

Je reprends les autres avis: - le chauffage d’appoint au Rez-de-chaussée est dorénavant proposé mais si on le met en route en même temps que le four, alors les plombs sautent. - les canapés et la literie de la maison ne sont pas confortables, le matelas de la chambre avec télé est trop court et les oreillers sont bons pour avoir un torticolis. - la cuisine est fonctionnelle mais elle mériterait un bon lifting et un renouvellement de l’électroménager pourrait être une bonne chose. - la maison n’était pas si propre en arrivant et on se demande si les plaids et autre linge ont été lavés. - de même pour le petit jardin extérieur ou un gros cendrier pleins de mégots était encore là devant la fenêtre du salon et même une canette - il s’agit en effet d’un logement pour personnes de passage avec boîte à clés et on ne voit pas les propriétaires - dernière chose: il serait bien de rajouter de l’isolant entre le logement des locataires et le gîte et de cacher davantage la partie derrière de simples rideaux

de badkamer. In de kleine tuin zijn de houten tuinstoeltjes dringend aan vervanging toe.
