The property was very clean and comfortable to stay in. There was plenty of room and rooms were modern and practical. Staff were helpful when our door key code battery went and TV wouldn’t work, they came to sort issues very quickly.

Our problem was with the rules of the apartment, we were welcomed to an extended list of items within the house with prices next to each item warning us of what we’d need to pay if anything was damaged or broken. And a long list of rules to abide by before check out, hoover the floor, empty bins etc. This aspect of the stay has really put us of visiting again, especially as we were also charged a cleaning fee. the 700€ safety deposit and added electric and water bill charged at the end of the stay also out it off returning. It made us all a little on edge during our stay as we didn’t want to damage anything or run up a huge electric or water bill. Our electricity bill came to 67€ for a 5 night stay, when we were out of the apartment for 8+ hours a day, didn’t use the sauna, dishwasher or oven for the whole duration of the stay and arrived at 5am the night of day 1 and left by 10am the final day. We were quite surprised of our electric bill, as we only pay double this for our monthly electric bill at home, and feel this should be added in to the upfront cost of the stay. It is a shame because the apartment itself is very lovely.

We hadden het geluk dat het niet zo warm was.. helemaal boven onder het voelde het al beetje benauwd aan. We miste de airco dus net niet 😉

Mooie ruime woning op een leuk parkje met een aantal woningen en mooi uitzicht. Heel leuk, voor mij nog redelijk onbekend, gebied. Is van alles te doen. Kregen ook nog extra tips mee van de host. Zeker een aanrader.

Geen echte tegenvallers.

Het verblijf zelf was aangenaam en voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Wel zijn we teleurgesteld over de afrekening van de bijkomende kosten. De tarieven die bij de reservatie en tijdens ons verblijf werden gecommuniceerd, kwamen niet overeen met de tarieven op de eindafrekening. Helaas werd hierover achteraf ook geen duidelijke oplossing geboden. Jammer, want verder hebben we een prettig verblijf gehad. Ook ligt het naast een baan waar men vaak stevig doorrijd.
