Big scam and awf

Very very bad! The owner is a big scammer who takes money and sues you for stealing plates,knifes and glassed and charges 250€ For it! The house smelled very bad and very old towels! Book a hotel or a different place

Aanrader voor gezinnen, groepen , superveel ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Ruime woning op een korte afstand van veel activiteiten. Ligging wel aan een doorgaande weg en dat hoor je soms. Fijne gastvrouw en gastheer en staan bij vragen direct klaar.sauna, bad, stoomcabine en een zeer ruime keuken en woonkamer met heerlijke loungebank . Op enkele muniten van het plaatsje Durbuy.Jeux des boules baan bij het huisje

Absoluut geweldig!

Prachtig huisje en top locatie! We hadden het huisje helemaal bovenop de heuvel, met een bedekte parking. Huisje zelf was enorm enorm gezellig, comfortabele kamers, ruime living met een geweldige zetel en keuken. Privé tuintje met picknick banken en een BBQ. Ons tuintje was enorm afgelegen en we hadden echt complete privacy. Ideale locatie voor kinderen en gezin! Inchecken kan via een code, wat heel handig is want we kwamen nogal laat toe. We hadden wel onze eigen beddengoed, badlinnen, keukenhanddoeken enz. meegenomen. Gewoon om wat te besparen. Belangrijk om te weten, want wij hadden daar zelf niet aan gedacht: er is niets aanwezig qua kruiden, olijfolie, bakpapier,… om mee te koken/bakken. Dus neem deze zeker mee als je van plan bent om te koken. Voor de rest is alle apparatuur en eetgerief voorzien. Ook een vaatwasser met tabletten! Daarnaast schrokken de reviews ons wel een beetje af tijdens het boeken. Meerdere gasten lieten namelijk weten dat er problemen waren met de waarborg, maar bij ons is dit helemaal niet het geval geweest. We zijn ook helemaal niet voorzichtig geweest met ons verbruik, en hebben toch een groot deel van de waarborg terug gekregen. Laat je dus niet beïnvloeden door negatieve opmerkingen, want het is echt wel een top accommodatie. Tot slot, super hulpvaardige en lieveeee eigenaars!! Communiceren ook zeer snel. We kregen de sauna bijvoorbeeld niet aan, en binnen de minuut stond de eigenaar al aan de deur om te helpen. De locatie zelf is ook abnormaal prachtig. Heel rustig, behalve de voorbijgaande auto’s, maar vanuit ons huisje hoorde je ze niet eens. Veel wandelroutes, dichtbij een Spar, nachtwinkel, alles is op wandelafstand of enkele minuten rijden met de auto. We komen 100% terug!

Het enige wat minder was waren de kussens. Is oprecht gewoon een persoonlijke voorkeur, maar we nemen de volgende keer wel onze eigen kussens mee. Ze zijn zeer vol en dik, waardoor het moeilijk was om ermee te slapen. We hebben dan zonder kussens geslapen, dus is misschien wel handig om te weten.
