Our stay overall was okay but could have been more comfortable.

The location of the property was close to Disneyland Paris and near public transportation.

There is a lack of air conditioning on the property and the provided fan did not work.

Dirty soiled Bed (BAD)

Location good.

The bed was in an unacceptable sanitary condition, rendering it unusable due to the presence of hair, soiled socks, and visible stains. The sofa also exhibited staining, and the bathroom lacked soap and shampoo. Parking was subject to restrictions or a €15 charge. No communication was received regarding the bed's condition, resulting in its unavailability without compensation; furthermore, we were instructed to clean the property before checkout. The cleanliness and customer service were wholly unsatisfactory, precluding any positive feedback.

We have problems entering the appartment, there were no keys

The apartment is comfortable and in good conditions. It is good if you want to go to Disney. Communication with the booking contact was fine. As you will read below, it was the process of getting the keys that ruined the experience.

The key "delivery system" did not work for us. since there were no keys in the locker. We needed to wait for at least 30 minutes until a person came and open the door for us. This, of course, is worrying when it is late at night, you wont be able to find another place to stay, and the owners already have the large deposit in their hands. The booking contact was responsive, but the person who came in the apartment seem more mad at us for bothering the night than ashamed of the situation. Now, the apartment owners are very demanding. They do not mind taking the money you paid in advanced through booking, when you cannot give them the 500 euro (500!) deposit (see other reviews). If they are demanding with the deposit, then they should be flawless on the experience. This was not the case for us, therefore I cannot recommend the place. This is my only way of making them improve.

Improvements required

The furnishings were pleasant and the location was decent, a 15 minute walk to the train station. The bed was quite comfortable.

We waited outside the property for half an hour before the housekeeper let us in having not even started cleaning yet. We had to get ready while she cleaned... She was lovely, but the issue made us very late for our evening plans and the housekeeper had to rush, leaving the apartment not satisfactorily clean. The shower only reaches shoulder height for anyone over 6ft, and won't even stay in place without sliding down the stand. We asked for extra towels as the "bath towels" we were given wouldn't even go around my waist. We were told we should be able to manage since there was a hot towel rail. Temperature control locked at 21C. Overall an extremely disappointing experience given it was over €100 per night. The apartment has plenty of potential but needs a new shower and much better organisation and customer service to be worth staying in.

VOLVERÍA A IR SIN DUDA(fantástico)

Me encantó, es súper cómodo, está a 15 min de un Lidl, hay un centro de locales comerciales muy cerca, a 8 o 10 min caminando, HAY QUE LEER BIEN LAS INDICACIONES PARA INGRESAR YA QUE HAY VARIAS INSTRUCCIONES, demasiado cómodo, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario, el baño demasiado limpio, LLEVAR JABÓN, tienen toallas limpias (aunque yo igual cuando viajo llego las mías) la cama muy cómoda, el lugar es muy tranquilo, seguro al transitar, de resto me encantó todo la verdad. Volvería a ir sin duda. La relación calidad precio es espectacular!!! Súper cerca de Disney el Bolt me cobraba 7€ ida, de regreso como era muy tarde incrementaba la tarifa, igual no me parecía costoso 12€, la dirección es fácil de encontrar, hay una estación de bus muy cerca, pero yo no quise complicarme porque me salía en el Google Maps que tenía que hacer transbordo, así que prefería pagar el Bolt que me salía a 7€ sin tanta complicación. No recuerdo cuánto tiempo tardábamos para llegar a Disney, creo que algunos 15 min en coche. LO RECOMIENDO PARA QUIENES QUIEREN IR A DISNEY Y ALOJARSE CERCA, PERO NO DENTRO DEL PARque.

Hubo un momento en el que sentimos un poco de frío y no se puede modificar la calefacción ya que te pide un código, se enciende y apaga solo. Pero da igual, se pudo tolerar el frío (estábamos a 0 grados)

Soggiorno estremamente piacevole e rilassante.

Struttura molto vicina Disneyland, con supermercati e ristoranti in zona. La casa è accogliente e spaziosa, consiglio vivamente questa soluzione per i vostri soggiorni se dovete andare a Disneyland.

L’unico difetto è stata la stanza un po’ più fredda ma abbiamo risolto con l’accensione dei riscaldamenti.
