New building. The apartment looks reasonably clean at a quick look. Good location for the area it is situated in. The owner provides clear and correct information. Overall it is a good deal for a cheap stay.
You rent the entire apartment, but one room is locked. Not very comforting if at all concerned about your security and privacy.

The apartment is clean and very spacious! Better than I'd expected. It is a quiet area and there is a convenience store right on the other side of the building. The contact was very responsive and dealt with everything right away.
There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom pipes, probably a plumbing issue. That was the only unpleasant aspect of my stay. However the person in charge took action quickly to try to remedy the situation.
