The van was in a good location, in-between beach and entertainment. There was a washing machine in the van and decking outside.
Caravan infested with ants. Ruined all our food on numerous occasions (did let quay west know; didn't seem to care). Arrived at the van that was dusty and bedding cleaning not fresh. No TV for the two weeks we were there, had to phone around but no one sorted it. We asked them not to enter the van while we were out but they came in anyway. Outside the van was unkept and untidy. Such ashame as we have holidayed in this caravan a number of times previously.

nice and clean
alarm went off in the caravan at 4 am and the electric went off the next morning and was off for three hours before we could get through to help us
