ENJOY BEAUTIFUL SUNRISES AND SPEND THE DAY ON THE 600 SQUARE FOOT DECK WHILE WATCHING WAVES ROLL IN. THIS HOME COMFORTABLY SLEEPS 8 ADULTS AND 3 CHILDREN . THIS TWO STORY HOUSE HAS A SPACIOUS MASTER BEDROOM UPSTAIRS WITH ITS OWN INTERIOR BATH, OCEAN VIEWS AND CABLE TV. THE SECONDARY BEDROOM HAS A KING SIZE BED WITH OCEAN VIEWS AND HAS THE SECOND BATH LOCATED JUST OUTSIDE IN THE HALL. BEDROOM NUMBER 3 IS LOCATED DOWNSTAIRS WITH A BUNK BED AND ITS OWN INTERIOR BATH. BEDROOM 4 IS ALSO LOCATED DOWNSTAIRS AND IS AN EXTREMELY LARGE SPACE WITH CABLE TV AND OCEAN VIEWS. THE LIVING ROOM HAS A FULL SIZE SOFA SLEEPER WHICH HAS CABLE TV AND UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN VIEWS.

This house was perfect for our 2 families! 2 master bedrooms plus a room for the kids downstairs (ground level). Extra bedroom with king size bed upstairs. Speaking of stairs, they are steep, outside and inside. Might be difficult for elderly. Kitchen very well stocked. There are also beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing poles, anything you need for the beach. The house could use a little updating but that doesn't matter when you wake up on the beach! A

My family and I (5 adults) had a wonderful week at Sandy Feet Retreat. Our favorite thing was the close proximity to the beach. Perfect. Be aware that the bedroom downstairs doesn’t have an actual door. It was a curtain you pull. And it also has a small joining room that has bunk beds. That also is where the shared bathroom is. The porches are nice. All the supplies you could ever want are there. Kitchen was stocked. Plenty of paper products. It has a regular coffee maker with a carafe. We brought our Kcup machine. Plenty of chairs, beach umbrellas, toys, water toys etc. The bed in the upstairs master was so very comfortable. Ocean view was fantastic. I would highly recommend this beach house for a family.

The house was just as described and the host was quick to reply to my questions. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. I packed way more than I needed to because they had just about everything we needed to enjoy a day on the beach, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, and chairs are available to use. There were also child/dog gates available which we used to put at the top of the stairs outside so the dogs could have some time off leashes, which they enjoyed. We enjoyed everything about this house and will definitely stay there again if we travel back to Florida.
