Good position in beautiful building but needs more care and better hosts

Great location and good size

Air conditioning did not work. Few ammenities. 1 wine glass, lack of cooking implements. Unresponsive host. Nasty neighbours.

A Relaxing Hideaway in the City Centre

I had a wonderful week-long stay in this apartment. I was staying during a period of very hot weather, but thanks to the stone building and the positioning of the apartment, it stayed beautifully cool with only minimal use of the air conditioning. The apartment is very spacious with lots of places to hang or store items, a comfortable bed, and a lovely living room area. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the location of the apartment is only a few minutes walk from both the train station and the centre of the city. I was very happy to return there each evening and relax. I would definitely recommend the apartment to others visiting Parma and I may even stay there again myself.

Nice appartment, close to the center of Parma.

Very friendly personnel, everything in place we needed, very close to the center. We could park our car safe on the courtyard.

Perfekt um Parma und Umgebung zu erkunden und es sich danach gemütlich zu machen und zu erholen!

Die Lage war perfekt, um Parma zu erkunden. Die Möglichkeit eines Parkplatzes (5 Euro pro Tag) super! Man hat sich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt - das alte Deckengewölbe war ein absoluter Hingucker!

Da es im Bad kein Fenster gibt, wäre ein Belüftungssystem super, dann lüftet man nicht in die Wohnung rein und muss die Klimaanlage weniger nutzen. Hausschlappen wären wegen des Bodens noch praktisch, aber kein Muss. :)
