Beautiful and in a place with a nice view, peaceful and quiet, perfect for families. A very nice place where can “charge your batteries”, far away from cities. Definitely, together with my family we will come back there.

Amazing, thoughtful vacation cottage. Would definitelystay again.

The cozy house was set up as if you were sleeping at your own place or at a family member. There was nothing you could need as the house had everything to make your stay super cozy. Very well designed and comfortable with a cute little garden in the back.

The breakfast was great, every morning Ilyas puts fresh fruits, croissants and breads etc in the kitchen. The small house is very nice and has all comfort you need to relax. Garden is quiet

Peacefull and pleasant stay

We liked the ambiance of the place. The house was set in a courtyard, which had a main house en next to it a smaller house, where we stayed, which is big enough for 4 people. For an older house it is very convenient, with all modern comforts you have at home, decoration gives it lots of charm. Breakfast is fresh(bread, eggs, fruit ect.) and deliverd to you every morning. Contact with owners is easy and proffesional

Beautiful and relaxing

A very beautiful apartment, situated in a side building of a former farmhouse in a very calm little village in Wallonia. The surroundings and the building itself are beautiful, there is a little garden with chairs for the exclusive use of the guests. There is ample parking space in the courtyard. Ilyas was a exceptionally nice and welcoming host who catered to all of our needs. He was always quickly available on WhatsApp if we needed something. The apartment is very clean and a beautiful combination of modern and older elements.

Visitors who come here should be aware that the upper floor is only reachable through a very steep staircase without a landing. So it is neither suitable for people who have problems with their knees or legs, nor for families with small children (younger than 5-6 years).

It was such a beautiful accommodation. The host was very friendly and helpful. We needed negative COVID test to fly out, the host helped us to schedule the tests. The breakfasts were top notch. There was a playground right next to the accommodation as well.

Comfortable cosy cottage with 5 star breakfast

We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet surroundings on top of the hill in Beauvechain, the forest nearby, the ample space in the house and beautiful cottage decor, the outdoor area, the privacy, the comfortable bed and the decked out bathroom, but above all the friendly host and incredible breakfast!

Hard to pinpoint anything wrong. I suppose the internet was a bit slow but we managed with using hotspots on our phones.

Superb accommodation at a great location with very friendly hosts! We were offered a copious and varied breakfast, including fresh fruit and eggs. The owners have paid great attention to the details and finishing touches of the interior. There was even a real Christmas tree in the house! There's also a nice little garden and terrace.

Rustig en privé gelegen op een hoeve. Goede uitvalbasis voor het bezoeken van diverse steden. Groot speelveld om de hoek voor kinderen. Het huis was in kerstsfeer aangekleed, erg leuk

Wunderbar, einfach wunderschön und gemütlich

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser unglaublich gemütlichen Ferienwohnung! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von den super netten Besitzern empfangen, die immer ein offenes Ohr hatten und uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben haben. Die Wohnung selbst ist einfach traumhaft – liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details und Wohlfühlatmosphäre gelegt wird. Auch die Lage ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt: mitten in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen ländlichen Gegend, ideal zum Entspannen, Spazierengehen oder einfach die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Magnifique maison au vert, avec un hôte très sympathique & serviable, on recommande !

La maison est juste magnifique, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, propre, spacieuse, confortable, sécurisée et très bien équipée. Mention spéciale pour la présence d’une douche en plus de la baignoire, de la double vasque de la salle de bains, de la cuisine fonctionnelle et du très joli jardin privatif. Pour finir, on a beaucoup apprécié les excellents conseils de notre sympathique hôte qui nous a recommandé des balades et activités à faire dans le coin. On recommande cette maison les yeux fermés !

Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig bent. De gastheer was zeer attent en behulpzaam. Je kunt zelf koken in de goed voorziene keuken of eten in een restaurant in de buurt. Drankjes staan koud en kun je tegen betaling nuttigen. En het ontbijt is fantastisch.

Woorden tekort voor dit liefdevol ingerichte ruime vakantiehuis waar alles functioneert en van goede kwaliteit is. Muisstil . Een donkere hemel vol sterren in een mooi dorpje. Je hoeft niets mee te nemen dan je goede humeur en lukt dat niet dan is die er zodra je ontvangen wordt door de geboren gastheer Ylias. Boek ook voor het ontbijt en je dag kan niet meer stuk.

Sehr schön gestaltet mit vielen Details. Das Urlaubsfeeling entsteht ssehr schnell. Es gibt einen Zugang zum Garten, wo man sehr schön sitzen kann. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Erkunden. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist sehr lecker und vielfältig.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan België

Wij hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad in dit prachtige vakantiehuisje met ons gezin van 5. Onze 3 jongens van 10,15 en 16 roemen vooral de lekkere bedden, de voetbalkooi op loopafstand en het buitengewoon lekkere ontbijt. Wij vonden vooral het contact met Ilyas fantastisch. Wat een aardige gastheer! Het huisje ligt aan een afgesloten binnenplaats met genoeg ruimte om je auto te parkeren. Als uitvalsbasis voor het ontdekken van een gedeelte van België waar wij nog niet vaak geweest waren was het perfect. Waterloo (museum), (Fietstocht) Leuven en het ontdekken van Brussel ongeveer op een half uurtje rijden door een prachtig landschap. En inderdaad over het ontbijt niets dan lof! Wat een keuze, vers en gevarieerd. Wauw! Moeten we nog meer zeggen? Wij komen graag een keer terug en raden het iedereen aan!

Alle 3 de ochtenden werd een meer dan fantastisch ontbijt gebracht. Met zoveel zorg en kennis van zaken bereid en elke dag iets anders. 5 sterren!

Absoluut cosy!

2 nachten doorgebracht in dit knusse en karakteristieke huisje. Wij vierden er oud en nieuw. De woonkamer was geheel in kerstsfeer en er waren volop kaarsen aanwezig om het nóg gezelliger te maken. Zelfs de tuin ontbrak het niet aan charme. Prima bedden, ruime slaapkamers en een fijne badkamer met heerlijke handdoeken. Basis spullen waren in de keuken te vinden evenals toiletartikelen in de badkamer. Afvalscheiding. Top ontbijt! Klasse.

De schoonmaak kon wat beter; niet al het keukeninventaris was even schoon, we troffen wat haren in de la van de badkamer, stof onder de bedden. Beperkte keuze aan pannen in de keuken. Dit was onhandig met koken. Omdat het verder dik in orde was waren deze aandachtspunten niet heel storend.
