• The apartment is located in an apartment building where other people live. The accommodation is let by the Owner; the Total Booking Amount includes the Owner Rental Amount and charges separately invoiced to the Guest for our services, applicable platform costs, check-in and cleaning services.
• In Venice we all have to respect the rules of garbage collection. Please do not leave any garbage bags in the apartment on the day of departure.
• Check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals before or after these times must be arranged. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. a surcharge of €40 is charged for the evening work of the runners. In any case, arrivals after 11:00 pm are not accepted.
• Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please be punctual.
• Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide an ID for registration.
• At check-out it is important to leave both sets of keys on the table. In case of forgetfulness you will be charged €50 for the cost of the duplicate and the service fee.
• Heating and air conditioning temperatures are set in compliance with municipal regulations. The on/off dates are set by the authorities.
• Arrival time and bed setting must be provided at least 3 days before arriving, beds will be prepared just for the people number in the reservation. If no special requirement is sent, the beds will be prepared only for the number of the places indicated in the rental.

Very accommodating and great on communication. The Apartment was huge, clean, super well equipped (especially the oversized kitchen. Easily walkable to all the main attractions. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Thank you for a nice stay. The bed in the master bedroom was one of the best I've slept in when staying in europe. It was a nice quiet place to return to after our long days.

Person who handed us keys was cold and unhelpful, simply said he didn't know when asked how to adjust heating for example. He offered no assistance to our family struggling with suitcases and babies (and back injury) up the multiple flights of stairs. When I provided feedback about this and mentioned about my question about the heating, the property host (or staff of the host company) did not bother to address my query and instead attacked me for my feedback and for bringing a baby and toddler whom I had forgotten to mention in my emails to them (sharing our bed). Never had any accommodation taking issue with small children who are simply occupying the same bed and room as parents. Either they were hoping to charge extra for the babies, or were going to disallow someone from booking the apartment simply because of baby sharing a bed?
Fortunately I later contacted the third party local representative (not the same guy who passed us the keys), who was super helpful in sorting out the heating.
Also the host required guests to empty out all rubbish from the apartment, according to Venice's strict sorting rules. We were also required to wash all dishes we had used. We've never ever stayed in an apartment with such absurd requirements as cleaning is always included as part of the rental price.
