Excellent location. Close to pretty much everything. 7 minute walk to airport shuttles (water bus). 15 minutes to the train station. Right in the centre of all the stores/restaurants. No issues checking in or out and Francesca was always available to answer questions and help! Very pleased with this booking.

We had a wonderful stay in Venice. Our place was great. We were close to many amazing restaurants and within walking distance of shopping, site seeing and the water boats.
