This elegant apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a Venetian palace, Palazzo Lezze "or" Ca 'Lezze ", built between 1611 and 1617, designed by Baldassarre Longhena who, among other things, designed the Church of the Madonna della Health.
The apartment of approx. 142, is equipped with all modern comforts and has 4 bedrooms, one with a double bed and can accommodate a maximum of six people. In addition to a large living room, two bathrooms, a large kitchen with all appliances, wardrobe, laundry room, digital TV, Wi-Fi.
The basic rates are for four people and for each additional person the increase is 60.00 euros / day.
The floor can be reached by lift.
The apartment is tastefully furnished with family antiques.
Located in the heart of the lively Cannaregio district, the building is adjacent to the Scuola Grande della Misericordia and overlooks the Fondamenta della Misericordia, full of typical restaurants, including the famous "Paradiso Perduto". Nearby is the Ghetto, with two synagogues and antique and craft shops.
The Palace is located in a strategic point for the city, walks and visits to the islands of the lagoon: a 7-minute walk to the Fondamenta Nuove, the starting point for the islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello and Lido; 5 minutes from the Ca 'Oro stop on the Grand Canal and 10 minutes on foot from Rialto and the fish, vegetables and fruit market.
For those who want to shop for food, there is a big Food Supermartket , not far : three minutes walk.

The place was beautiful and so comfortable! The owner went out of his way to meet our every need. (We were a group of elderly ladies, so our minds weren't always all there.) :) The place is also close to everything, but quiet. We would definitely want to stay there again!

The apartment was perfect for a family of 5 adults. Rodolfo was more than accommodating, help us with dinner reservations, which were excellent, provided us with information about the city and was there to help us if we needed. Our family would highly recommend this apartment and if we ever go to Venice again we would be sure to book this apartment. Our trip was wonderful.

We were a group of 4 women friends, celebrating our joint 70th birthdays with a week in Venice, but the apartment could easily have accommodated more people. Rodolphos apartment was both very stylish, with a wealth of original paintings and antique furniture, and very comfortable - the sitting room was great for relaxing in after a day in Venice, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were all comfortable.The location was excellent - convenient for excellent restaurants (we found Rodolphos recommendations very helpful) and for the local bakery and supermarket - and it somehow managed to combine being quite close to the main sights with being slightly off the tourist track. Rudolpho was very helpful and provided excellent information and directions. One of our party arrived ahead of the rest of us, and he met her off the vaporetti. We particularly appreciated the bottle of prosecco that he left for us in the fridge!
