Location was great. Easy to get to from the train station via Vaporetto 5.2 and a short walk with only one bridge. Giacomo, our contact, gave us very specific info with photos and details on getting into the apartment, and keys were waiting inside when we got there. There's an elevator to help with luggage. He came by later to make sure all was well.
The shower door was a bit leaky. Giacomo assured us that he would contact a plumber to resolve the issue.

Great location and close to the boat for the airport. Easy to walk everywhere. In less touristy area with nice local restaurants and shops. Clean and spacious.

The position of the apartment was ideal.
The apartment had cobwebs,dirty marks on walls,poorly equipped if you wanted to cook any thing. The shower was in need of a good clean, towel rail broken.This could have been a lovely apartment, just poorly maintained.
