The room was very clean and the location was perfect if you don’t like crowded beaches. Do note that the A1A does run in between the property and the beach. So you will need to cross the road to walk to the beach but it really wasn’t an issue at all. I wasn’t aware until I arrived (which it may have been noted and I just overlooked it) but quickly realized it was really no different than most hotels where you just walk straight to the beach.
The elevator was a little slow.

Location is fantastic and everything is exactly as described. Very friendly and quiet community. Hosts were very friendly and accessible and made all the procedures clear and easy to understand. Could not have been any happier with our stay.
