Only minutes from famous Daytona Beach, this 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium is in exclusive Ormond-by-the-Sea. This comfortable 2nd floor vacation property has everything you need for a carefree, fabulous beach getaway. WE WILL CONSIDER ALL VACATION REQUESTS. PLEASE SEND US AN INQUIRY FOR MORE DETAILS!
Ormond-by-the-Sea is an area of private homes and condominiums. There are no hotels nearby. The beaches are uncrowded and clean (a no drive beach)- almost as if it were your own private beach! The Master bedroom with ocean views has a queen size bed, private bath and walk-in closet. The master bath has just been remodeled with a beautiful new tile shower. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a single bed with a walk-in closet. The unit is fully stocked with all linens and towels. We have just updated all the flooring with beautiful brand new high end LVP.
The living area has a sleep sofa and a balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The unit has a newly remodeled fully equipped kitchen with new stove/convection oven, microwave oven,coffee maker,dishwasher,etc. There is even a washer/dryer in the unit. You need bring nothing but your bathing suit and toothbrush! There are beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella for your convenience. There are even toys for the kids to take to the beach. Both of the bedrooms and living room have cable TV and DVD players. We have a wide range of DVDs at the condo for guests to enjoy as well as a collection of books to read. There is internet service with WiFi at the condo as well.
The condominium has a pool and ample parking. The unit is a short drive to shopping and many fine restaurants. This is the perfect vacation location for anyone who wants to get away from it all but still be near all Daytona has to offer. This is a family friendly property.
This property is located on the west side of Ocean Shore Blvd. This scenic two lane road runs for miles from Daytona Beach up through Flagler County and beyond. Although the condo is not directly on the beach, the condo has easy beach access at either end of the building with an area to rinse sand. There is no visual obstruction of the ocean from the condo. You can relax on the balcony overlooking Ocean Shore Blvd and watch the world go by as well as dolphins playing in the ocean.
This is my family's personal vacation home. We are not long distance owners so we are nearby if you should need anything. We live in Central Florida and stay at the condo regularly. The condo has been designed for our comfort and with our needs in mind. We are a family of four. Everything is either new or in good condition. We do not own multiple condos as a business. This is our only vacation home. However, we do rent the condo several times a year to nice people who, like us, want a clean and comfortable place to spend a vacation.
