About this apartment rental
Welcome to our home away from home. We are excited to share our family's personal vacation home with those who are looking for the perfect family getaway! We have remodeled our condo with granite counter tops, plantation shudders, and vinyl flooring thru out.
KITCHEN- Fully stocked with everything you need. It has a refrigerator with freezer. Stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker. It also has dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, large grill pan, cookware and utensils.
DINING ROOM- There is a table that seats 6 and a bar with 2 additional stools.
LIVING ROOM- Large sectional that is very comfy! Perfect for the family to stretch out on after a fun day at the beach. Relax while watching TV on a 50' HDTV or simply look out of the sliding door and take in the beautiful view of the ocean. There is also a balcony off of the living room with chairs and to really soak in your surroundings.
MASTER BEDROOM- King size Serta pillow top mattress. This room has its own private bathroom. Also for your use is a over sized chair and ottoman, closet, dresser, and Smart TV.
SECOND BEDROOM- 2 Pillow Top Queen beds. This room also has a closet, dresser.
SECOND BATHROOM- Right outside the second bedroom and has been newly upgraded. There is a linen closet with bath towels and beach towels for use during your stay.

This is our 2nd year staying at this property. The location works great and the view of the ocean is always spectacular. The owner is responsive and easy to work with for any issues that sometimes arise. The condo has all the amenities you may need. The new garages were wonderful. I would like to see an upgrade to the living room furniture; the L shaped sectional seating is showing wear and is not particularly comfortable for 70+ year old bodies. I'd still recommend the unit for a great place to stay!

The Condo was better than advertized. Beautiful! Kitchen, Bedrooms and Views. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 week stay, unfortunately, we experienced Hurricane Ian - no ones fault just nature at work - Condo kept us safe and we have a story to tell.

Couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. Michele's condo was about as perfect as they come. We have stayed at Ormond Breakers for a few years and this was by far the nicest. The view is amazing. I loved being able to be in the kitchen and still see the ocean. The condo was clean and well stocked. Communication with Michele was great. She was quick to answer any question we had.
