About this apartment rental
Relax on the balcony, watching and listening to the ocean waves. This is on the top floor of a 3 story,
horse-shoe shaped building, called the Ormond Breakers, which is located across A1A. There is private
access to the beach for residents and guests, and the beach is a no-drive beach, so it is quiet and
relaxing. You can suntan or swim in the pool, located right in the courtyard. Front door can be opened
with your personal access code, so no need to carry a key! Elevators and shopping carts are available to
help you tote your groceries or luggage. The unit has recently been undated with turtle-tinted hurricane
grade sliding doors and windows, vinyl-wood plank flooring in family room, new carpet in bedrooms,
and popcorn ceiling removal.
Balcony - We have enjoyed listening to the ocean waves while watching dolphins jumping, parasailers,
and swimmers while sitting on our balcony.
Kitchen/Living Room: Kitchen - Fully stocked with a refrigerator with freezer/ice maker, stove, oven,
microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, George Foreman grill, crock pot, pots/pans, cookware,
dishes, glasses, and utensils. Granite table top with 4 chairs, and 4 bar stools to sit at.
Living Room - There is a 55'' HDTV with DVR and a Blu-ray player. You can view the pool and ocean
through the sliding doors in the living room, while sitting on the couch, recliner or comfy round chair.
2 bedroom/2 bathrooms: Master Bedroom - King size bed, dresser, armoire with 32' LED TV, and
bedside table. The bathroom has been updated with new tiles and a standing shower with a grab bar.
2nd bedroom - This fun colored room has a full size bed and a twin bed, a full size bed with a twin trundle bed drawer that pulls out. The TV plays PlayStation 2 games (lots to choose from!) and DVDs.
Pool and Garage: Pool/Garage - The pool is located in the courtyard of the building. It can be viewed
from our unit. The garage is 1 car in a 2 car garage, shared with 1 other unit. We have a code that you can use to open the door. There is also additional parking space in the parking lot

We had a great time. Condo had just about everything you could ask for and them some. Lots of books and movies. We had an issue with wifi but owner quickly got Spectrum there to fix it. Only issue I can say is the pool is not heated. It was cool while we were there so couldnt use pool. But we knew that going in. Would stay here again

The condo was very complete and full installations in the kitchen….( spices, pots and plates +++)
We appreciate the complex and the swimming pools because I was unable to walk…

The owner was very accommodating. It is reasonably priced and in a very nice area. The internal grounds were very well kept and maintained. The condo was comfortable, the living room area was recently updated and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The ocean is clearly visible from either side of the unit and the beach is across the road but easy to get to. The garage was also a nice extra. Would suggest a deep dust cleaning, a bit ceiling paint, and repair of the entrance door.... Would stay there again.

The property was perfect, clean and comfy. Area is quiet, but there are many restaurants nearby. Jeff is a very accommodating host. He communicates in a timely fashion and is very easy to contact at all times.
