Two Bedroom / Two Bathroom 1000 sqft. (tub/shower bath's in each)Ocean Front Ground Floor Condo available for monthly rental in lovely Ormond Beach. Bedrooms have 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed. Unit is fully equipped with all linens, beach chairs, towels and kitchen set up. Just bring your clothes. Unit has covered parking space right in front for easy access. Unit has on site property manager for security. In ground pool (not heated) and on site pay laundry facilities ($1.50 per load). Unit has cable tv/internet in the living room and master bedroom and dedicated wifi. Max occupancy 4. The unit and patio are non smoking. Sorry, No pets are permitted. There is a one month minimum due to county ordinance. Cleaning fee will apply. Bookings during January - March require a 3 month minimum.

We needed a place to stay for a 43 day interim between the sale of one property and purchase of another. We were able to forward our mail here and set up a mini home office and still very much enjoy the beach, ocean view and sunrises. Everything needed is close by. You will love this place!

Condo owners were great and very under standing with every thing that happened to me ... I would not hesitate to stay here in the future ...

We enjoyed our stay. Even with bike week within our time frame we never had trouble getting around. Had all we need to enjoy the beach and the pool. Only slight minus was March is a little rough to enjoy an unheated pool. Would have stayed next year if time wasn't taken already.

They are putting in a new Ocean break wall right out front of the unit. Would have been nice if we were told. Left 2 weeks early.
