A lovely apartment where you can really feel the atmosphere of Venice. It’s located in a quiet area, far from the touristics noise. At the same time, all of the city’s main attractions are within easy reach, as are public transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shops. The apartment offers a beautiful view. It’s equipped with everything you need for your stay. It’s clean, cozy, and air-conditioned. There’s an interesting selection of books. We were warmly welcomed, and everything was explained to us in detail. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

the location is great. short walk to most attractions, the apartment is spacious and on the canal. Nice and quiet area but still close enough to food, drink and a bit of a buzz. Mostly, this apartment is perfect for what you need!

The whole apartment is great, the place is neat and tidy apart from a little bit of mould in the corners and a very impractical small shower even thought the bathroom is large, the little shower is weird. Personal opinion maybe. Maybe a kettle or coffee machine would work nicely and perhaps a bottle of water in the fridge would be a nice touch on arrival. A lot of confusing instructions about the rubbish removal etc, but we got past that, and the pillows are not great. We really did like the apartment, above just some observations.

We stayed in this apartment hoping for a peaceful and authentic Venetian experience, and in terms of location, it certainly delivered. Nestled in a quiet part of Venice, surrounded by tranquil canals and local businesses, it offers a welcome escape from the more tourist-heavy areas. It’s also conveniently close to a vaporetto stop, making access to the city center easy and stress-free. The apartment itself is bright and benefits from a lovely view of the canal, which was one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end.

The listing appears to capitalize heavily on its location while neglecting the essential aspects of maintenance and cleanliness. The property is in serious need of a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. Tiles in the shower were visibly dirty, and the general upkeep was far below acceptable standards. One of the more disappointing discrepancies was the advertised coffee machine. Photos clearly mention a Nespresso machine, but only a basic moka pot was available—something we consider misleading. However, what was truly unacceptable was the state of the bed linens. Despite a review from a previous guest highlighting the same issue, we were appalled to find the sheets stained with what appeared to be blood from past guests. This is not just an oversight; it is a serious hygiene violation and a complete disregard for guest well-being. As someone who rents out two properties myself, I was deeply shocked. There is no excuse for this, especially after prior warnings. In summary, while the apartment has potential and enjoys a wonderful location, its condition and cleanliness fall drastically short of what one would expect—especially given the high rating it currently holds. Until the host starts taking guest feedback seriously and addresses these critical issues, I cannot recommend this accommodation.
