Location was excellent with adequate eating facilities on hand. Excellent outstanding garden room and comfortable sitting arrangement
The kitchen lacked a toaster and there was no operating manual for use of oven /hotplate. A lack of drinking cups and plug sockets in kitchen.

The location is great, short walk to the lake and ferry terminal's
Misty damp smell. The bedding felt damp and all our clothes were damp after our two night stay
