La posizione è veramente ottima. La struttura era pulita e accogliente, recentemente ristrutturata con gusto, e l’host molto gentile e disponibile, attento agli ospiti, ha risolto velocemente alcune piccole necessità. Il prezzo era un po’ alto ma in realtà c’è stato un Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo considerando i prezzi medi di questa zona. L’appartamento non è grandissimo ma siamo stati bene anche in 4.
Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto, la zona giorno affacciava sul cortile interno/androne scale.

Lage ist top und es hat einen Lift.
Das Apartment ist ansprechend, aber leider ist die Küche etwas spartanisch eingerichtet (nur 3 Stühle, kein Abtropfsieb, wenig Geschirr) und die Beleuchtung ist sehr schlecht, vor allem im Bad. Zudem hatten wir an 2 von 3 Tagen extremen Baulärm von der Wohnung oben drüber, einmal sogar während der Mittagszeit. Darauf angesprochen, meinte der Vermieter nur, am Samstag wäre es dann ruhig. Sehr unglücklich, zumal wir vermuten, dass die Umbauarbeiten vom Vermieter gemacht werden für eine neue Mietwohnung.
