Absolutely appalling treatment and completely unsafe

We didn't like a single thing - we couldnt get in and our stay was cancelled as we were stood outside with our bags

Not what we booked and poor condition with nad communication.

The property advertised apparently had ‘a water issue’ so we ended up being moved to an apartment 10 mins walk away.

The new flat stank of smoke and unfortunately, was very run down. The location was good but unfortunately, this apartment was not what we had paid for. The host was completely non contactable until the day of the booking which when we found out the situation and were already on the way to Birmingham. He was a lovely guy and accomodating with certain issues but this advertised apartment is not available and after reading a previous review, they knew the apartment was not fixable. I would not stay again or use this company.

Good for a couple of nights

The blinds let in a lot of light from car park, bedrooms could do with blackout blinds. Unfortunately there was no free parking & we were located in a different address to advertised which wasn’t a big problem but we had planned to be closer to the Arcadian than we were.

Very close walking distance to shops and bullring

Location as expected being next to pubs and clubs. Noisy till early hours. Few tramps in the parking lot which made us feel uneasy as the barrier doors were left open.

Ideally situated little walk from the bull ring and Christmas markets..warm and comfortable and modern apartment. excellent choice for restaurants so many to choose from.

Good beds made this accommodation tolerable for a short stay but definitely not exotic.

The location was good, albeit noisy at night, It was close to the train and coach stations, as well as the bullring and plenty of restaurants. The beds were clean and comfortable.

This property is definitely not "Exotic". The house rules are overly strict and plastered everywhere. They're even framed on the wall. There is a charge of GBP50.00 if you get makeup on the towels! There was no powder for the washing machine or the dishwasher. We had to buy our own for one load in the washing machine. And no plugs in any of the sinks, tea towels or hand towels. There were no wine gasses, and even though it's clearly for four people (two small double beds) there is only seating for three to eat at the table. The bedding was fine but the rest of the apartment is old and tired, and not clean. The walls and carpet in the communal hall ways was filthy although this is probably the responsibility of the body corporate. Lastly, the communications were many and out of date. One email said that the temporary deposit charged to my credit card would be GBP 150, another said GBP 250 (it was 250). The access instructions were provided by WhatsApp, which worked well, but they were out of date. I will not stay here again.

Uncomfortable and needs a deep clean

Central location and spacious apartment.

Duvet cover was covered in stains, blue and brown (looked like foundation). There was also a right angle shaped slash in the duvet cover about the length of my finger! On first glance the apartment looks clean but if you open the drawers and look at the crockery and utensils they are all covered in muck. The dishwasher was filthy inside. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the curtains in the bedroom could have been black out to help you sleep. (The curtains were also damaged) One of the toilet seats was way too small for the toilet? I was nervous about arriving after seeing another review stating that it wasn’t clean but I thought maybe if they saw the review it would be sorted - I was wrong. Definitely a tired apartment that needs a deep clean especially for the price charged. Collection of keys is okay just make sure you put in your map to go there first.

The building it’s located in isn’t the nicest, I spoke to the staff on WhatsApp when trying to find the car park and although helpful, we’re quite rude. Also despite asking if there was one, there is no iron in the room

Spacious, comfortable and had everything you needed for a weekend away as an apartment for a group.

Two minor things were - No slip mat provided in bathroom & no grab handle over bath for shower use.

Useful location

Right in the middle of row so walking distance to everywhere. Free parking. Good kitchen facilities. Was clean and tidy.

Beds very very small, feet hung off the end for all of us (we aren’t that tall!) Curtain in our room broke when we closed it and let in light. Shower was a dribble and very tepid, didn’t get hot. Master bedroom door needs oiling as very squeaky.

A little too expensive - not value for money and did not live up to the expectations

Location very central - by a very noisy road and nightclub - car park opposite open 24 hours which appeared to be for more than car parking! Cars parked outside of the apartment block throughout the night until 5 am

Neighbourhood - didn't feel safe - cleanliness of the public areas was awful

Spacious apartment with good location

The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities available. Cleanliness was outstanding and the location is central and very close to all the touristic and fun spots.

The windows are not well isolated so you get all the noise from outside, so beware during weekends that it is super loud with partygoers outside all night long till 7 in the morning.

the information regarding check in was sent by whatsapp half hour before check in - to collect keys from a corner shop in the bus station - then back to an awful car park to find somebody in the space i had been allocated - along smelly corridor (serious use of bleach somewhere) - an apartment meant for 4 with only 3 mugs - an oven that didn't work - showers that aimed straight at the floor with no bath mats to soak up the flood - hanging rail in only one bedroom - curtains that failed to keep out any light - difficult to close windows letting in the cold and heating not on before arrival in February !!!

would not stay here again due to lack of sound proofing and the many rules

the property looked as good as the photos, lovely flat. But the location although great for shopping was a very lively nightlife area. there were cars honking and people shouting and drinking untill six in the morning. this coupled with grossly inadequate double glazing meant you could hear every noise and sleep was impossible.

the process to get the car was complicated and difficult. you need to go to a different location with no parking so makes it very difficult. you cant park in the actual carpark untill yoh have the key. bit of a catch 22. they also take a £250 safety deposit before you can have the keys, so you need a credit card for this. also there is such a long list of things that lose you your deposit, such as getting the white towels dirty, we were afraid to do much in the flat. we were so worried about losing our deposit we took photos of everything including the towels we arrived late Friday and on Saturday morning discovered that there was no hot water. we finally got through to someone who was very disbelieving that we were telling the truth. they did eventually come out and do a temporary fix but on reading past reviews, hot water has been an issue before. anyway we managed to shower, although one shower was a dribble and the other so powerful it soaked the bathroom on the plus side the tv has Netflix and settee and beds were comfy.
