The cleanliness, access was good.
There was a strong, awful smell, so we had to spray air freshener.

The number of stairs to get to the apartment. it was too many stairs.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable
Sofa bed was obviously already broken as there was only an 8 stone teenager sleeping on it and I’ve been charged for it braking it
If I was to stay again, I would take photos, check out the furniture and report faults at the start of my stay to avoid being charged for existing issues
