Location is fine. There are a lot of stairs to the apartments.

The location was fine along a major street so close to stores and restaurants.

There were a lot of stairs and no lift. However, the host was able to make a switch so we had a lower apartment so not as many stairs.

Easy and convenient.

Easy to check in. Had the whole apartment to ourselves. Towels were nicely done and provided to us. It is right in the centre of town so it's easy to access public transport and the shops.

Bath mat and toilet mat was VERY sticky. There was hair on the bed duvet so I was a bit worried whether or not it was clean. The rug in the living room was quite filthy too so I was a bit iffy about walking on the rugs barefoot(especially on the bathroom ones). Not all amenities listed are provided (e.g. could not find the hairdryer at all)

Poor experience

There was ample parking nearby

The fire alarm had a low battery so kept beeping. The upstairs bathroom smelt of weed and the sink was slightly blocked. The door to the downstairs bedroom's bathroom got locked and couldn't be opened. It took a fair bit of force to open it. Finally, the sides of a couple of chairs were sticky, as were the fronts of the drawers of the sofa bed. Looks like they hadn't been cleaned.

Value for Money

Location was excellent with car park around the corner. The accommodation was nicely decorated clean and spacious. Thanks for complimentary water cooffee and biscuits nice touch. Both rooms en-suite and easy access into building and rooms with electronic codes to doors.

Attitude of cleaner who told us you know you to be out by 11am. Not a good Morning.. as we were tidying up the apartment for her as l always leave apartments as l found it and we departed at 11.10am.

good location

the entrance is by door code, so it was very handy.

this was a blood stain on the wall in the downstair bedroom close to the bed. My husband is allergy to the bedding of downstair bedroom (that is his personal skin problem that he cannot sleep in polyester material) he got some rash, so he couldn't sleep. This is his own problem.

It was spacious and beds were comfy , showers were ok .

There was empty pizzas boxes left in room from a previous stay , also spiled milk in the fridge freezer , there was also a screwe nod sticking out in the main bathroom area at a child’s head height , which was a bit unsafe
