A lovely accommodation in a central location to visit the sites of Richmond

The location was great, the outer area was ideal for unpacking and packing of the car. The owner provides a space to park your car free for the time you are there, which is useful. All of the property is on the ground floor which was good. The welcome pack was a lovely touch.

There was a damp smell, probably coming from condensation on the sky light and the flat roof.

Quirky cottage

Spacious, quirky, clean modern apartment in a great location. Central to all local pubs, restaurants and shops. Decor fantastic with quality fixtures and beds so comfortable. Welcome pack was a nice touch too. We had a great stay.

Heath hazard didn’t stay there

There was dehumidifiers in rooms and mould growing throughout this property the smell of damp hit you as soon as opened the door there had been candels lit throughout the property to mask the smell.There was no ventilation as no window could be opened. We left the property within 20mins of arriving so we did not stay there. A holiday that was supposed to be about making memories was ruined. The owner was informed about this from the operator the same day on arrival that we would not be staying there due to the above issues he clearly knows there are due to dehumidifiers and candles put in place throughout the property and he has refused to refund us, so not only did we have our holiday ruined by a place that was inhabitable we also never got our £575 back for not staying there. AVOID pictures are deceiving!!!!

Beautiful property and excellent location

Friars corner was beautiful and clean, a good location for the town, pubs, restaurants etc.

Where the parking space was. Myself and my wife are in our 60s and it was a bit of a walk back up a steep hill for my wife who struggled a bit.

Exceptional

This dog friendly property certainly has the WOW factor and exceeded expectations. On entering Friars Corner we immediately felt at home and comfortable. The welcome pack was an unexpected bonus and gratefully received for a relaxing cup of tea and biscuits after a long journey. Central location within Richmond was ideal for getting out and about. Fans were a boon and well utilised over the recent bout of great weather.

Surprisingly, the nearest parks are not dog friendly but not entirely a show stopper.

Location is excellent with lovely open plan living room/kitchen we had plenty of space for 2 couples and a dog. The beds were comfy with nice clean linen. The welcome gifts were also a nice touch. Off site parking at owners property only a 10 minute walk away.

Lacking a little attention to detail. Toilet seat very loose in twin bedroom. our friends had the main bedroom which had smell of damp and wood lice and insects throughout the short stay. we ate in one of the nights and the microwave, cooker and some of the crockery and utensils had not been cleaned properly.

Wonderful quirky accommodation in a fantastic location. We had all the facilities we needed which made for a lovely family break, and the welcome pack was a very nice, much appreciated touch, thank you. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return again.

The property was clean and cosy.. the owner had thought of everything and the welcome pack was very appreciated, beautifully done out cottage

The location was a busy road with a pub across the road so roudy late night drunks. The parking was an issue...didn't help with walking back in storm Eunice!

Fantastic little apartment.

Exceptionally clean apartment, beds were very comfy. Towels and linen nice. Everything in there to make a meal if you didn't want to eat out, but with so many nice places to choose as location ideal ( although a windy corner if storm Malik on!) why would you! No hassle getting into the property and the little welcome pack a very nice touch. Highly recommend, suitable for 2 couples or a family.

When we arrived there was a welcome pack waiting it was a lovely surprise. The place we stayed was one of the best I have stayed in Richmond. The landlord was more than helpful if I needed anything and very polite. Over all was a nice place to get away.

Wasn't even a problem more of an inconvenience for me personally but the front door has mirrored glass on so no one can see in but its the wrong way so I couldn't see out of a night.
