7th floor with a small lift so needed a few trips to get luggage up and down

Good stop off point when crossing France East to West.

Cool in spite of the heat, spacious, good facilities, private parking, within walking distance of the centre of town.

The lift only goes up to the floor below the apartment, you have to carry your suitcases up the last flight. Have to go to an agency to pick up and drop off keys from a lock box. However it wasn’t very complicated.

The apartment is very comfortable for the price and located just minutes away from the historic center of the city. Great views from the balcony. Clean and stylish. Easy parking on the property.

The keys have to be picked up at a separate location which is a nuisance. There was no kettle available and no hand soap in the bathroom.

Off street Parking, clean, good beds and linens, quiet location close to centre city. Good little market very close by.

The key retrieval process was ridiculous. 23 min walk from key lock box to apartment. (10 minutes by car) The instructions nor the key ring and fob gave any indication of the apartment number. Another tenant told us she has met several booking.com clients who had same problem (she had no idea which apartment we were renting either) Finally had to call to get apartment number 36. No coffee but coffee maker

Some good , some bad

The apartment is well located near the centre of Orleans. The apartment was well equipped with a nice kitchen two bedrooms and too bathrooms . Also Netflix on TV

For a tallish, older person with a big SUV car this was not great. It was a hassle having to fly-park in a busy street in Orleans centre to get the keys. When we got there we didnt park in the right spot and we had to move the car to a very tight underground car park. We also had to phone up to find which flat we were in. Finally the flat has some very low beams which it is quite easy to bang your head on and the mezzanine stairs have no hand rail on an open side. So it was mixed for us.

Fijn appartement op loopafstand van het centrum

Op loopafstand van het centrum, appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en goed uitgerust. Perfect voor gezin met 2 tieners (eigen slaapkamer boven in het appartement met eigen wc.

Parkeerplaats is niet geschikt voor een laag liggende auto en auto's met dakkoffers! Voor ons was het geen probleem om boven op een andere parkeerplaats te staan, daar er veel plekken leeg waren.

Le logement est proche du centre ville à pied.

L'appartement ne correspond pas au descriptif, l'ascenseur ne monte pas jusqu'à l'étage de l'appartement et on sort du parking souterrain par la rampe d'accès des voitures. Il n'y avait pas les draps pour le lit de mon fils, le propriétaire a été difficile à joindre et une fois en contact, il était hilare accusant la conciergerie. En plus il faut aller chercher et rendre la clé à 10 minutes en voiture.

Tout était impeccable, l’appartement très fonctionnel. Nous n’étions qu’à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville. Place sécurisée de parking à l’intérieur de la résidence. L’hôte très agréable, je recommande !

Für einen Zwischenstopp auf der Rückreise hatten wir diese Wohnung gebucht und bezahlt. Um in die Wohnung zu kommen, benötigt man den Code für den Schlüsselkasten. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderungen haben wir ihn nicht bekommen, so dass wir gezwungen waren, die Rückreise weiter durchzuführen.
