bad value for money, tasteless furnitures, old bed blanket, difficult to find, complicated check in

noisy street, house number on google map is wrong, before booking it is not clear that is is time intensive to check in. Video to find the place and photos have only been sent by request. ok cleaned, but not really welcoming atmosphere. No style or decoration, cheap furnitures, careless design, ugly and old bed blanket, broken button ob sofa pillow (better remove it ?), overall a very unpleasant experience. At least the service on whatsapp replied immediately. Someone obviously taking the biggest return from investment with out caring wha they do or offer. Awful choice, really ruined that evening.

Close to highway. Virtual reception worked very well. Big rooms. Parking free and close to accommodation. Comfortable bed.

Noise from train and roud. Dirty floor. The bads were not prepered for all guests (6). Location of the area seemed a little bit scary at night.

Ruined holiday

This is the worst B&B accomadation we had. We confirmed 4 person booking but when we arrived at the location only 1 large bed is prepared. We are trying to call the host but no answer. Very disappointed leaving us with no solution. We managed to sleep uncomfortably as it is 7pm already amd too tired to look for another place to sleep. What a waste of money and they ruined our short holiday.

The bathroom was not clean ! Hair on the sink and the bathtub was congested so the water wont passe through the drain . No curtins or a screen thats prevents water from splashing. No parking we got a fine we parked on the public square where there are many places . Bed sheet as cover!

Very good

We state at this property one night in May. When we come at the property, all the radiators in the apartment was very very hot!!! Try to imagine the temperature in the apartment!! You couldn't even get your hands on the radiators how hot they were. We try to contact someone in all the possible way, but no one answer. We found that the radiators have a thermostat system applied to each radiator. We adjusted with the help of google and google translate because we don't know Italian and this model have instructions only in Italian. In the end, we adjusted the temperatures, except in the kitchen because there was no thermostat and the radiator was extremely hot while we stay in apartment. To have the windows open is not a solution because of the noisefrom moving vehicles

Nice, tidy and comfortable apartments. They completely satisfied our needs for one night and a break on the way from France to Serbia. The temperature outside was in the minus and the apartments very warm.

The only recommendation is to set the location more precisely on Google Maps, but the Italians on the street are very kind and helped me find the "hidden number" of the entrance to the building.

The location and the apartment

The Hermoso apartment is very nice and neat and it is 10 minutes or less from the Serravale outlet. Opening the front door and your apartment is very simple and sophisticated as you can do it from your browser on your phone. Things to take note of: 1. Should you decide to stay there please note that you can use a bus shuttle from front of Starbucks in Serravale that runs every hour or 2. You can confirm the bus times from the information desk. Please note there is only an elderly couple that run a cab service in the town so be very careful not to tick them off especially if you don't speak Italian and you are black like me. 2.The apartment has no microwave or electric kettle for tea. 3.No heating except during winter period. 4.There is a bus stop right in front of the building that takes you direct to the arquata train station. 5.It's a small and peaceful town and there is a few places that sell pizza and a place that does nice barbecue fish down the road about 8 mins.

a bit difficult process of check-in if you dont have internet (what usually is the case during traveling); no shover curtain over the bath, so for high person its might be difficult to no to make some pool on the floor

Bathroom shower / bathtub is unusable for anyone taller than 1.5 m due to the sloping roof. No shower curtain, poor water pressure. Inadequate / insufficient lighting in the apartment. Sloping roof with inadequate head space next to the bed. Very noisy, inadequate apartment / windows soundproofing.

You get what you pay for

10 minutes away by car from the outlet, high ceilings, somewhat modern, free (public) parking nearby, that's about all I can think of

Fine for one night I suppose, otherwise - I would suggest not to cheap out and stay away (the place is dirty, the dishes & cuttery in the kitchen are oily/greasy, the air conditioning (or so they call it) only works in fan mode despite the "WhatsApp staff" saying that it was "just" serviced), and good luck having a shower with the shower head attached at the knee level. The "hi-tech" touch of the apartment (code access) is simply annoying at best. There are cameras everywhere, talking to the staff via WhatsApp feels like talking to a bot, they will also restart the TV & AC randomly when "assisting" you which was getting creepy.

Very good value for money - cheap and you get only essentials

The location was very good - you have nice pizzeria and a bar right next to police station (e.g. you eat/drink and have less security concerns). The place had a very good AC and it was vital during such a hot weather. Rooms and the appartment itself were spacious enough. Also you get into the appartment via website - it was our first experience with this kind of technology and it was very interesting in one way or another.

The lack of cutlery. No microwave was a big let down. Lack of furniture to sit on or relax, only small sofa in the kitchen. Lack of power sockets, only few for the whole apprtment and it felt with the family stay. Overall, this appartment will be used only as a nightplace after a long day at the shopping outlet, so these negative sides may not even matter for someone.

Passable

Large room for master. We were able to move the mattress from the sofa bed into the master bedroom so the children also were able to sleep with the AC. It was 37+ degrees at night.

AC was not working in the living room and kept tripping the power. There was not a lot open nor habited at the end of town the apartment is. There were a lot of Daddy Long Leg spiders (living room and master) as well as ants in the living room and bathroom.

Awful place to stay - small, dirty, rude customer service, reality different from the pictures.

There was nothing pleasant. In addition to the fact that the apartment did not correspond to the description, the customer service was rude and terrible.

The apartment is much smaller than promised, it was quite dirty, the furnishing and pillows are very cheap and uncomfortable, the AC was not working and despite of the fact that we notified the landlord about it, they did not come to check and fix it, so we had to look for another accommodation because it was +38 degrees outside. We asked them to return at least one night price (we had paid for 2 night but after 1 night had to look for another accommodation because it was impossible to sleep it that sauna) but they have not even responded to any of our letters. It was promised in booking.com, that there is 24/7 customer service but in reality they do not answer after 18.30 and you are your own with any of the problems.
