An experience I recommend

Mabuhay! 10 stars across the board. Rivaro Palace is an experience, exactly everything you can ask for in an accommodation. Very near to Serravale Outlet village so it’s a haven after a whole day of shopping. It’s in the middle of town, yet it’s very tranquil. We had a very peaceful sleep because the place is very quiet. There’s a very highly rated pizzeria nearby and Gian Luigi walked us there to familiarize us with the surroundings. In the morning, a typical Italian breakfast was delivered to our door and he showed us the wine cellar in the palace— we even got a free bottle of wine. What else can you ask for?! Privacy, comfort, and convenience are important to us and Rivaro Palace ticked all the boxes.

Our host was very helpful guiding us to where to eat and how to make a circular walk around the old town. He bought us fresh focaccia in the morning and spent time with us.

The smell of old staff it's everywhere

Very friendly service, they served us in the morning with a delicious focaccia, from the house.

Disappointed about the smell in all the house of mold and junk, the towels, lingerie and the house, smells very bad, like older rooms.

Feels like a palace

As other reviews have noted - wonderful hospitality by the owner. Small details that matter - a bottle of wine, croissant for breakfast, amazing Italian coffee. Good value for money. Safe and comfortable parking. Perfect for stay.

This is a lovely apartment with lots of original features. It is really well equipped and in a great location. The owner was really helpful and made us feel very welcome, providing us with a welcome bottle of local wine and helpful information on local facilities

Tutto perfetto, ringrazio Gianluigi per la disponibilità e accoglienza davvero super. Presente per qualsiasi cosa o richiesta. L appartamento è pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i confort per il soggiorno, non gli manca assolutamente nulla. Il letto comodissimo per come sono abituato io. Parcheggio interno gratuito. L'appartamento è vicinissimo alla stazione e dista soli 5 km dall'outlet di Serravalle. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Polecam to miejsce - pod każdym względem super wybór.

Bardzo duże mieszkanie, dobra klimatyzacja w sypialni, wyposażona kuchnia, duża łazienka ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Bardzo miły właściciel, pomocny, mówiący po angielsku. Jego gościnność przekroczyła to do czego człowiek przywykł w podobnych miejscach: powitalny prezent - butelka wina, rogalik śniadaniowy mimo, iż nie było opłat za posiłki. Wokół domu jest ogródek, dostępny dla gości. Byłam w tym miasteczku już kilka razy w 4 lokalizacjach i to jest najlepsze ze wszystkich. Jest mały mankament w postaci bliskości torów kolejowych i stacji, ale gospodarz zadbał o dobre okna i pociągi tak nie przeszkadzają jak się tego obawiałam.

Perfect! Super vriendelijke mensen. Staan je op te wachten bij aankomst. Zeer behulpzaam. Je kan alles vragen. 's Morgens kregen we gratis croissants. Het appartement op het eerste verdiep is heel groot. Gratis parkeergelegenheid voor deur. Mooie tuin. Alles is aanwezig. Een goede airco. Prijs/kwaliteit perfect.

Breve soggiorno di lavoro a Novi Ligure

Siamo stati al Rivaro Palace in occasione di un concorso scuola. Abbiamo deciso all'ultimo di partire e il Rivaro Palace è stata la nostra prima scelta, per la centralità della struttura e per la vicinanza alla scuola in cui si svolgeva la prova di concorso. Devo dire che siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti dell'accoglienza (i proprietari sono gentilissimi, ci hanno coccolati e fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno durante il nostro soggiorno) e dell'appartamento, dotato di tutti i comfort. La struttura si affaccia su un giardino privato curatissimo e molto bello. Raggiungerla è stato semplice: essa si trova a circa 450 metri a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e in una zona vicina a vari locali, caffetterie e ristoranti che offrono cibo di qualità a prezzi contenuti. Qualora si arrivasse in auto, è possibile parcheggiare nei dintorni. Ottime l'insonorizzazione dell'appartamento e il wi-fi velocissimo. Un ringraziamento particolare a Gianluigi per la sua gentilezza e la rapidità nella risposta ai nostri messaggi di richiesta di informazioni. Super efficiente ed eccellente, ci ha accolto omaggiandoci con una bottiglia di vino e offrendoci la colazione (non inclusa). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Abbiamo già consigliato la struttura ad altri colleghi che raggiungeranno Novi Ligure per le prove concorsuali. Siamo lieti di aver soggiornato qui e certamente, se torneremo a Novi, sapremo dove prenotare. Grazie ancora.

Posizione centrale e vicina a tutti i servizi. L' alloggio è grande, pulito, ben arredato e completo di ogni comfort; dotato di parcheggio privato interno al cortile adiacente. Titolari straordinari: Gianluigi ti accoglie e ti vizia con particolari attenzioni, ti fa sentire a casa ed è molto attento alle esigenze di tutti, soddisfandole pienamente e mettendosi sempre nei panni dell'ospite. Che dire.... Consigliatissimo!!!!!!! Torneremo sicuramente.

Ottima location per soggiorni lunghi e brevi

L'accoglienza di Gianluigi é stata impeccabile, Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Alla mattina abbiamo trovato fuori dalla porta i cornetti per la colazione, all'interno della casa era presente la macchina del caffé e ogni cosa per poter cucinare in autonomia. Poi un benvenuto d'accoglienza così é da pochi, bottiglia di vino bianco e rosso.
