Another Great Stay – Just as Wonderful the Second Time!

This was our second time staying at Paolo’s apartment, and once again, everything was perfect. The place was exactly as shown in the photos — clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe, and the private parking lot was a big convenience for us. Due to heavy traffic and a late arrival, we checked in by ourselves this time, and it was super easy thanks to the clear instructions Paolo provided. Both check-in and check-out were very simple and hassle-free. As always, Paolo was incredibly responsive and kind. He made sure everything went smoothly, even with our unpredictable schedule. We really appreciate his flexibility and warm communication. Highly recommend this place — and if we will seek for an accommodation near, we will be back again.

Perfect Stay – Comfortable, Clean, and Great Host!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment — it looked exactly like the photos, if not better. It was spotless, very clean and well-maintained, with all the essentials you could need for a comfortable stay. The location felt very safe, and having access to a secure and convenient parking lot was a big plus, especially since we were traveling by car. Paolo was an exceptional host — very kind, responsive, and accommodating. He replied quickly to all our messages and was extremely flexible with our last-minute changes, which we really appreciated given how much our travel plans depended on traffic. Overall, it was a perfect experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

L'appartamento è spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario, buona la posizione. Gentilezza del proprietario che ci ha dato tutte le istruzioni per WhatsApp e ci ha dato anche il parcheggio interno al cortile gratuito.

Un buon punto d'appoggio per soggiornare a Novi

Comodo parcheggio interno, posizione vicina al centro, edificio storico ben tenuto e con bellissime decorazioni interne, bel cortile interno, ottima pulizia, appartamento profumato, presente bollitore, consegna delle chiavi puntuale e molto semplice, la comunicazione con il gestore è stata semplice e rapida, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, check-in e check-out rapidi e semplici

Temperatura leggermente bassa intorno ai 19°C (ma credo non dipenda dal gestore, ma da ordinanze comunali essendo maggio); gli oscuranti non sono efficientissimi, quindi entra luce in camera di primo mattino (se volete il buio assoluto consiglio una maschera per gli occhi)

Soggiorno piacevole.

Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort nel contesto di un palazzo molto bello novecentesco, pulizia eccellente e proprietario gentile e disponibile.

La casa si trova al pianterreno e la camera da letto è esposta sul lato della strada per cui la notte potrebbero esserci dei rumori che per chi non è abituato potrebbero dar fastidio.

Alloggio consigliato, dotazione cucina scarsa, host disponibile ma un po'eccessivo

Sicuramente molto disponibile e flessibile all'arrivo avendo avuto, nostro malgrado, cambiamenti di orari d'arrivo dovuti al traffico e al maltempo. Purtroppo, nota negativa, decisamente eccessivo al checkout mandare ripetuti messaggi e chiamate alle 8 di mattina per ricordare l'orario di checkout.. Non comprendo questa invadente insistenza dopo che avevo già rassicurato più volte sul fatto che ero pienamente a conoscenza dell'orario di checkout e che l'avrei ovviamente rispettato (cosa avvenuta infatti). A parte questo, l'alloggio è bello e confortevole, molto silenzioso e tranquillo. Dotazione cucina piuttosto sguarnita, la cappa non funzionava. In ogni caso nel complesso lo consiglio.

OLTRE LE ASPETTATIVE

L'Appartamento ha soddisfatto in pieno le mie aspettative; ben curato, pulito e profumato. Suggerirei solo, in bagno, la presenza di prodotti da bagno quali flaconcini di shampoo, bagnoschiuma e cuffiette per la doccia mentre, in cucina, qualche bustina in più di tè e capsule per il caffè (almeno una a testa per l'arrivo e per la mattina della partenza).

UNICO inconveniente, purtroppo e NON dovuto certamente dal proprietario (che per dimenticanza non mi ha avvisato) è il posto dell'auto interno che è sotto ad un cedro secolare con la conseguenza che la mattina ti ritrovi l'auto piena di escrementi di uccelli che per natura, trovano rifugio proprio sul quel cedro. CI RITORNEREMO!
