Had a great stay , the host Cristina was very helpful and assisted me a lot during my stay

Breakfast was not included , location was good , mostly walked to city center

Comfortable and modern house near the city center

The bathroom is big, huge. I liked the fact that there is the washing machine that also dries, very comfortable even if we didn't use it it's a great perk. There is everything needed to cook, moka for coffee, all appliances, full of electric plugs, Internet is fast. And the location is super, near the city center but also easy to take the roads out of the city. Super clean. Nothing to complain. Also it's close to the rail ways but no train can be heard.

The only thing is that there is no table but an isle in the middle of the kitchen, which may not be comfortable for everuome being on the higher side. But really it's a small detail.

Sporco e disgustoso.

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica. È molto facile raggiungerlo e si trova vicino la stazione centrale della città. L'appartamento è ben arredato e accogliente seppur di piccole dimensioni. Lo staff è stato facilmente rintracciabile.

L'appartamento non era pulito, in cucina le stoviglie erano sporche e ho dovuto provvedere a lavarle prima di utilizzarle. Il tappeto davanti la TV era sporco e pieno di peli e sporcizia. La doccia era piena di calcare, il vetro era sporco e ho personalmente provveduto alla pulizia prima dell'utilizzo, inoltre nel porta shampoo e bagno schiuma era presente una lametta usata da ospiti precedenti. Il lampadario della camera da letto era rotto, presenza di ragnatele sul muro, precisamente dirimpetto al letto. Le lenzuola erano molto usurate e il letto era sporco e privo di copri materasso. I cuscini erano sporchi e l'ultima sera ho ho avuto esigenza di spostare il letto per recuperare un orecchino cadutomi e ho trovato cumuli di polvere accumulata da anni, un assorbente, cicche di sigarette, confezioni di profilattici, petali rossi e confezioni vuote di caramelle come in foto, che ho personalmente pulito. La pulizia non è garantita. Non consiglio assolutamente.

Lamentable

Poca cosa, el baño bastante nuevo, pero con sus defectos y deterioro.

Estaba bastante viejo, sucio y deteriorado. La ventana del dormitorio no se cerraba. Menaje muy escaso. No solo le faltaba una mano de pintura, también le faltaba limpieza. No tiene nada que ver con las fotos. No le vimos el pelo a la persona que hacía el check in. La página para meter los datos de llegada, fallaba mucho. Y el colmo, cerca del tren. El colchón viejo y sucio.

Il condizionatore ( che condizionatore non è) era rotto, l'agenzia continua ad insistere mentendo spudoratamente dicendo che funzioni e giustificandosi dicendo che c'erano i ventilatori, non c'è uno strofinaccio o un qualcosa per asciugare a terra nel bagno, lenzuola troppo fini era come dormire sul materasso, stendino minuscolo e lappartemento ancora peggio non si riesce a camminare, nel "condizionatore " o come lo chiamano c'era una polvere nei filtri che non si ha idea, la mia ragazza allergica alla polvere non la smetteva di starnutire e ho dovuto risolvere io..., non viene effettuato un cambio di lenzuola, di carta igienica, asciugamani ne niente e con quello stendino non si sapeva dove stendere le cose, la proprietaria è stata l'unica che si è messa a disposizione, ma il tutto è stato un fallimento, settimana orribile ed era l'unica che avevo di ferie, rovinate completamente le vacanze inaccettabile, da vergognarsi, hanno detto a booking che ci avrebbero cambiato di stanza o appartamento altra bugia detta, bugiardi fino al midollo, vergognoso e aggiungo un rimborso tirchi potevate darlo Invece di continuare ad inventare scuse. Spero che falliate
