A lovely and well-managed apartment with a great host — highly recommended!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and located in a beautiful area. The price was excellent for the services provided. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and key collection. We truly appreciate her kindness and support.

The weather was extremely hot during our stay, and the apartment was quite warm, but the host did her best to help by providing fans, which made a noticeable difference.

Not recommended in summer time

The location we intended was close to the Serravalle outlet, so it was OK. Also the good thing is private car parking just behind the property, though bit tricky how to open the gate. Well, affordable room rate might be a good point only in winter time.

I should have carefully checked if there is an air conditioning machine or not, as my stay was during summer time. Rooms are relatively dark (some lights are not working), and TV does not work. So it was like a silent sauna until mid night. WiFi password is really difficult to input.

The host is friendly. Very spacious parking lot although it is at the back of the property. The apartment is on the main street but it might not be safe to walk out at night. 2 bedrooms. In total 3 single bed and 1 double bed. Has 3 fans but no air con

The photos look better than it is. No lift but need to walk up to the second floor. One of the fans is broken as the upper part of it comes off. The shower is terrible. Very low water pressure. Not able to wash hair. It has curtain only. Also, the washing machine is full of mold. Not worth the money. Sorry.

Very poor

Let me start by saying that the host was kind and helpful. Also, although we found the keys to the apartment easily, we had trouble getting into the parking lot. Despite this, a neighbor helped us and everything was perfect until then. The parking lot is big, clean and in order. Also a big positive is that you have easy and close access to the outlet. And that's why we chose the apartment in question. The apartment is big with 2 rooms and a living room, a kitchen and 1 bathroom. They sleep comfortably 8 people (we were 5).

Unfortunately, the accommodation had 2 negatives. One, we knew that it might be like that, but we confirmed it when we stayed. The area is not that good and you don't feel that safe walking around late at night (nothing really happened to us). The other negative that was very important, however, was the cleanliness. Almost all the walls had spiders (big webs and live spiders). The bathroom (the shower) was not as it appeared in the photos, on the contrary, it had a curtain held in place with pegs! It wasn't even that clean, especially the toilet. Beds with hairs and wrinkled sheets as if they were used. Unfortunately, a very bad experience.

The apartment was perfect for us and very accessible €. It's excellent for a big family or 2 couples with the 2 bedrooms and the extensible sofa in the living room. For every one who will go there a small hint the coffee shop across the street it's excellent. And know about the tenant Excelent communication very thoughtful with us with the small gifts and tips that she gave us. 👏👏👏 I for one I recommend 100% Casa Costa

Exceptional

Brilliant apartment!!! We have just stayed there during our shopping tour in Milan. Location is absolutely great , just 5 min by car to the Serravalle outlet and hypermarket, there you can find everything you need. Flat is very well equipped, especially kitchen!! We feel absolutely comfortable inside, it’s very specious- 2 big bedrooms and a living room with a sofa. Parking is free in a private square, just in the opposite side inside the house. But honestly, the key reason for our successful vacation was the hospitality of the owner! She helped us with all issues, was in contact all time, and did absolutely everything to help us feel relax and happy!! Thank you again, Alessandra! We will come back for sure)

Idéalement placé en centre ville de Serravalle, à deux minutes chrono de l'outlet. Un parking dans la cour intérieure est à disposition pour stationner sa voiture.
