non-functional air conditioning

The apartment was close to the beach. Free swimming pools and hot tubs are part of the accommodation. Very well soundproofed rooms. Very close to the city center and shops.

Non-functioning air conditioning, we reported a problem with the air conditioning from the beginning of our stay and then we received video instructions from the agency on how to set the air conditioning correctly via WhatsUP, but unfortunately it did not help. On the 4th day, they came to set the air conditioning directly from the agency personally, but after setting it up, the air conditioning still did not work. We measured the lowest temperature in the rooms at 27.9 C in the morning time. From my point of view, it was still a very high temperature for sleeping.

Apartment war nicht besonders sauber. Waren vor Jahren schon mal da und da hatten wir ein viel luxuriöseres und gepflegteres Apartment. Ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Lage, Service und Ausstattung alles top. Bei Problemen mit der Klimaanlage wurde mittels FaceTime Anruf geholfen.

Preis-Leistung verbesserungswürdig

Die Poolanlage ist super. Die Raumaufteilung des Appartments war gut und der Balkon hatte eine perfekte Größe. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Klimaanlage aber es wurde uns über VideoCall geholfen.

Sauberkeit war wirklich mies. Der Boden war nur oberflächlich gereinigt und der Rest gefühlt garnicht. Aus den Kästen hat es gestunken. Man musste alles extra kaufen. Toiletten Papier war nur eine Rolle vorhanden. Geschirrspültabs gab es auch keine vor Ort. Es gab nur einen Schlüssel/Karte für 4 Personen. Wir mussten uns dadurch immer gut organisieren. Denn ohne Karte kommst du nicht aufs Gelände und ohne Schlüssel nicht ins Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage war schwer einzustellen da alles auf Italienisch war. Hier konnte uns aber geholfen werden. Die Rezeption vor Ort ist eigentlich für nichts. Entweder nicht da oder konnte nicht weiterhelfen. Der WLan Router war eine Katastrophe. Ohne warst du besser dran. Schlüssel holen und zurückgeben bei der Agentur hat zwar funktioniert war aber eine Herausforderung da es davor nur ein paar Parkplätze gibt die dauernd besetzt sind.

Nahezu perfekt

Top Lage und sehr entspannte Tage am Pool in Kombi Strand. Sehr stressfrei. Tolle Poollandschaft zum Entspannen.

Beleuchtete Lichtschalter haben wir zugeklebt. Pools sind bei fehlender Sonne/Wärme ein wenig zu kalt. Das sollte man wissen, wenn es mal nicht si mit dem Wetter passt.

Ottimo lo consiglierei a chiunque

L’appartamento era molto spazioso e pulito, la posizione era ottimo a pochi minuti dal centro e a un minuto dalla spiaggia, ho apprezzato molto il garage sotterraneo per la macchina

Avrei apprezzato un po’ più di comunicazione da parte dell’hotel, prima cosa importantissima per cui non darò 5 stelle è sicuramente la reception dell’hotel, praticamente sempre chiusa, in 3 giorni l’ho trovata aperta una sola volta, orari non specificati da nessuna parte, se qualcuno ha bisogno di qualcosa non può neanche chiamare perché la segreteria appunto è sempre chiusa, per fortuna c’era il numero dell’agenzia che devo dire sono sempre stati molto gentili

Super Apartment, Pools warm schon Ende Mai, Whirlpools toll, große Terrasse, wärmere Tuchenten um Schrank verfügbar, tolle Lage direkt am Strand.

außen Hui...und trotzdem zu kurz

zugeordneter Tiefgaragenparkplatz, wertiges Aussehen z.B. Beleuchtung samt Lichtsteuerung; es könnten Liegen und Schirme mit gebucht werden (auch am Abreisetag), große Dusche, Restaurant mit Frühstück im Appartementhaus

Teilweise sehr billig gebaut, z.B. fiel der Türgriff ab und das Badezimmerschloss war kaputt; Klimaanlage Steuerung komplex und nur auf Italienisch sowie keine gute Funktion; Aufenthalt war zu kurz um den Pool zu nutzen; Schlüssel- und Modemrückgabe (?!) am anderen Ende der Stadt (mit Morgenstau)
