The location was very good and near to the harbour area. Parking just below the apartment or across the road available most days.

Never had to strip beds before leaving nor empty all the waste bins

Close to all amenities, clean , bed was comfy , saffron restaurant was lovely the inglenook was nice too would definitely recommend to others.

The only one thing was that the shower was to small.

Dishwasher provided but not nearly enough equipment (2 knives and forks, 3 plates) to allow using it! Car park pass expired 3 days before we were due to leave, left msg for owners but heard nothing, moved car further away to free street parking, (the cleaner sorted this, getting a parking code but it was too late anyway!) most inconvenient. Microwave did not work. One towel per person provided for a weeks stay. Blinds stuck in bedroom and v difficult to move in lounge. Notices all over the place, "empty bins" , "leave keys" , "strip beds" not appropriate. Door closer on bedroom door quite strong, also kitchen, had to use wedges provided but are these really needed? (fire doors/regs??) Very noisy, road traffic especially as workmen in basement, next door and temp traffic light right outside for major flood defence work in the street below.
