Very close to old town, 3 minutes by car. Free parking around the house Very friendly and helpful owner. She replied very quickly to all our questions. Big and comfortable space, 3-4 people can stay

*Colors of the towels and bed sheets, although they are clean, you cannot feel the same because of the colors *ı did not understand why I need to clean the dishes and take the garbage out; but we are already paying some extra for the cleaning. *Dishwasher may be good *Strange toilet arrangement. There is no place to wash your hands in the toilet. You are using the toilet then going to the bathroom to wash your hands.

Avoid, avoid, avoid

Location was as described 10min walk from centre, free parking was available outside. The fridge was clean. Host contacted me directly re lock box code and general info before we arrived conversation was held through English. Arrival time given as 4-5pm. We arrived just after 5pm as traffic on route and parking outside was busy.

We walked in the door, struggling with bags and the front door which was faulty, you had to really shove it to open it, there was a washing machine inside the front door with wet items on top of it and was in use. We walked down the hall to our appartment and let ourselves into the studio to see 2 issues. 1st was my own oversight, a sofa bed as I didnt double check when booking, 2nd issue was no washing machine. I contacted the host directly inquiring about the double bed in the picture on booking and asking where was the washing machine that was stated in the kitchen facilities. Host advised double bed is in another appartment but when I booked the studio it clearly said sofa bed and the pictute is belong to 1 of the other appartments they own, so that was my bad. However, I did feel the picture was misleading as booking only showed a studio, I didnt know the host had other properties! Every day is school day they say! Host advised the machine for our use is the one in the hall that was in use when we arrived. I advised the host that I was disappointed about the sofa bed and the washing machine being a shared facility located at the front door of the building and not in the kitchen as advertised. We are on a two week road trip around France and choose this property specifically for the washing machine facility in the kitchen. Firstly, it was in use, the host advised she was using it, but its not shared because she is the only other person to use it! Secondly, because it was in a communal area we had to wait with our clothing due to it being in a public space, losing a day exploring because of this. Given our disappointed with a number of things I asked the host if we could leave early and get a refund, this was the 1st and only time she replied to me in French! The host contacted booking.com, maybe she advised me in her French reply but I could not understand it. I tired to google translate with no success.

Rather pokey. Light inadequate (had to read on toilet.) Sofa bed not comfortable for sitting. No English TV not even CNN

A little longer notice of final arrival details would have been better. I was travelling when message arrived on morning of arrival and missed it . A phone call sorted all out so no problem in the end.

Very nice decor, clean, modern, spacious.

We made a mistake and thought the pin code sent from Booking.com was the code for the lock box. This made for some trouble getting in, but Christina was able to set us straight. Thank you for a nice stay.

A comunicação quanto ao acesso às chaves foi difícil. O email dava-nos o código, mas a caixa com as chaves está colocada demasiado alta e, à noite, sem luz, é difícil introduzir um código enquanto utilizamos o telemóvel como lanterna. Foi difícil atenderem o telefone, precisei que deixar duas mensagens. Quando atenderam foram simpáticos. O chamado "estacionamento público disponível", numa zona residencial é praticamente inexistente, o que nos obrigou a dar várias voltas e deixar o carro bastante longe do alojamento. Não me parece aceitável que aluguem um "estúdio" que tem apenas para dormir um sofá cama e não uma cama de verdade. A decoração é demasiado..."tropical"!
