The location was perfect within the old city and we could watch the local activity from the windows. Weather was extremely hot but the two fans allowed us to sleep well. Facilities were great and Xavier the host went out of his way to amend a minor problem on the weekend.
We loved the apartment and Xavier was exceptional and very friendly.

Very comfortable apartment in an historic on the edge of the beautfiul cité Plantagenêt in Le Mans. A fantastic location for the city centre and to visit the stunning cathedral.

Quaint property with lovely large windows overlooking the street. Comfortable beds with everything we needed.
We did not receive check- in details until very late on the day which caused us serious problems trying to find the property and damaged our car in the process.

The location was great. It is in the middle of the old city center.
The address of the place was not accurately explained by the owner. Even though it was very central we had to ask to people to be able to find the place. Xavier should prepare an info map for his place
