This was a beautiful clean place.

The location was great. It is in the middle of the old city center.

The address of the place was not accurately explained by the owner. Even though it was very central we had to ask to people to be able to find the place. Xavier should prepare an info map for his place

Location and the beds.the hosts are nice .

Spiral staircase would be a challenge for some and we had to be out by ten way too early.. bathroom is tiny.but functional.

The most incredibly comfortable beds with hotel quality bedding.. fabulous! Great location.

Difficult to park near the property, very steep and windy steps up to the apartment but due to the age of the property it is to be expected. Need a few kitchen utensils.

Perfect location in the old town, near cathedral and tram stop. Short walk to Place de Republic for all the Le Mans 24 hr for the scrutineering. Friendly host Great little apartment, all we needed

Not a lot, although it is in a good location for the old city.

The place is impossible to find. Do not book this place if you have trouble climbing stairs. Strange scratching noises from behind the wall.

It was central

The stairs were challenging, and the locks were confusing, the pickup point for keys, was confusing but ok. The parking is limited, they should tell you there is underground parking close however the person you pick the keys from doesn’t speak English, turn right at the roundabout, parking on the right 100 meters from the junction, hope that helps

Lovely stay in historic old town!

Lovely apartment and welcoming host! We loved being in the historic old town, many restaurants nearby as well as on street payant parking nearby! The apartment is clean and comfortable with a nice little modern kitchen too! We even loved the quirky stairs up to our place, very authentic!

Loved the location of this property. It was extremely well equipped. We found the beds very comfortable and felt very much at home.

There are some very steep old winding steps to the property, all part of the character of the place, but some people may find them difficult.

Fabulous Apartment in Le Mans Old Town

Absolutely fabulous apartment in lovely Le Mans old town. Big windows to open and enjoy the view. Comfy beds. Fast wifi! dishwasher, this apartment had everything you could want. The furnishings were lovely too. Narrow winding staircase up to the apartment so beware if you have disabilities. Perfect stay.

Amazing apartment in Cite Plantagenet! We would stay here again!

Loved the location next to "Cite Plantagenet," an extraordinary Medieval "old town" filled with cobblestone streets and timbered buildings. We are architects and could not have asked for a nicer experience of staying in this extraordinary location. Parking was easy and the Host helped to carry our bags upstairs. Loved the big windows with great views! We had a delicious meal at "Le Fou du Roy" restaurant next door.

Beautiful location in the centre of the old town, clean, spacious, great facilities and thoughtful touches like linen basket, useful baskets and containers that would be great for a longer trip! Xavier greeted us and found a parking spot just outside in the square below. Guided us and gave us lots of little towns and villages to consider visiting as we continued our journey to Calais. He even got his English speaking wife to phone to explain about the light show on that evening! Excellent service.

plastic mattress sheeting on 2nd bedroom bed too sweaty! Due to excellent location, many bars and restaurants nearby, patrons slamming car doors and jovialities prevented sleep until about 2am. not a problem generally but we had had a long drive and early start. just something to consider if you are not out late enjoying the evening yourself!

Really helpful landlord, great location.

Fabulous location and a lovely studio apartment. Very steep stairs but the landlord just picked up our suitcase and took it up the stairs. He even offered to carry it back down when we left. He had saved us a parking space right outside. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Great apartment in a wonderful city

Perfect location to explore the medieval city and right next to the cathedral. There is a restaurant in the house next door, which is pretty good and couple more around the corner.

You should not be drunk when you get home. The stairs can be dangerous. Definitely not the right place when you are not surefooted.

The hosts were great and managed to let us in before the allocated time, even though they had a lot to do. They were very accommodating and nice. The flat was just great and the location perfect. Le Mans a very interesting city.
