Spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet apartment in Le Mans

Booked this for my first trip to the Le Mans 24 hr race and it was quite last minute. The apartment was clean and the host was excellent. There was a nice welcome bag and the check in and check out times were very flexible which was important for this trip. The location is close to the tram stop and also only a short walk to the old part of the city of Le Mans which was really nice to visit. Lots of space in the apartment, much more than you would get with a typical hotel! The apartment had everything I needed and I was impressed how quiet it was at night. Being on the top floor there is nobody above you to make noise. I slept very well here! I was solo on the trip so the apartment felt huge for just me and I don't think I even went upstairs to the loft but it's definitely spacious. I'd highly recommend this for a trip to Le Mans. Very easy communication with the host. The host even gave me a ride to the train station when I returned the keys which was really nice. It felt like one of the times where you meet someone who cares about being helpful and flexible to make it a great experience.

It would be nice if there was a way to make coffee in the morning, or maybe there was and I didn't see it. Note there is not an elevator so you will need to carry your bags up a couple of floors. I only had 1 bag so it was no big deal.
