The location is in middle of old town, very convenient to go around and safe

Even I already aware about the steps and my luggage is quite light but from the tram to apartment and carry away to 4th floor is quite challenging. Price is not included the deposit waiver fee of 58€, even they offer refundable deposit but 500€ is too much so be aware to add on the fee into the final price Air con is use for both downstair and upstair so it quite hot at night when sleeping at upstair, fan is noisy so I did not use it. The bedding is fluffy so it is quite itchy. For check in earlier needs to pay fee, and check in time is until 4pm while check out is 11am so have to pay to luggage storage 2 times

Very cosy and perfectly located in the centre. The location was excellent, check-in and check-out were very straightforward, and the apartment had everything we needed.

The apartment is on the top floor and there’s no lift, so carrying a 20kg suitcase up the stairs was quite difficult. However, this was only a minor issue overall.

Location was good

It was way smaller than we expected. The bed was up in the loft which we expected but the ladder to go up and down was metal and narrow. Not comfortable nor safe. We are young 65 year olds and I did not feel safe on this style of ladder. Also..I did not like the fact that we were asked for a 500€ deposit by the homeowner. We have used Booking.com all over the world and we have never had to do this.
