About this apartment rental
This bright and spacious condo located in the heart of downtown features two bedrooms and two baths, high end finishes, granite countertops, large front balcony overlooking Main Street and a giant sun-filled deck out back with gas grill. Walk to dining, shopping and beaches from this fantastically located condo or stay cozy by the gas fireplace inside. The primary bedroom has a large walk in closet and access to the back deck. A large primary bath is located just outside the bedroom complete with washer and dryer.

Enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice, although there were slight problems with the porch door, and the front door. We had to replace a light bulb and batteries, but the staff at Graham was always willing to help.

Great location and it is a nice unit. The only issue is the steep stairs since are both 80. Did not use the interior elevator since it was not recommended.

Very nice 2 bedroom unit in excellent location on Main Street in downtown Harbor Springs, MI. Large, well furnished kitchen with adjacent living area. Master bedroom with large master bath and washer dryer. Rental agency was quick to address questions we had on arrival. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future if available for trips to Harbor Springs area.

Overall, we had a nice holiday and enjoyed staying at the unit but we felt that there are some things that should be addressed. First, the mattresses are no longer comfortable and should be replaced. There is no lighting at the bottom of the outdoor staircase and my husband missed the last step more than once. The carpets are dirty and soiled and spotted. The unit really seems that it needs a refresh. The toilet in the guest bathroom kept plugging up. We had to purchase a streaming service to watch the holiday football games.
