About this house rental
Your home away from home in Harbor Springs with 3 bedrooms. This charming house features a king bed, bunk beds with a twin bed on top, bottom double bed, a twin pull out trundle, and queen bed to accommodate all guests comfortably. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like an outdoor fire pit, lots of family games (indoor and outdoor), a lovely outside patio to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, a large backyard (sit and lounge in the chaise chairs as the kids swing on the tree swings or set up some of the fun outdoor games for them and enjoy the view), TV's in every bedroom as well as a large TV in the living room, WiFi, AC, and laundry during your stay. This home is perfectly located for every season with so many great adventures within a ten minute walk or drive away. Walk or jump on our provided bicycles to downtown Harbor Springs main street (just a 6 block walk), and the home is only a few blocks walk or bike to public tennis courts, two playgrounds, a frisbee golf course, a fabulous hiking trail through the woods, and a public sledding park. Also, only a half a block walk to the grocery store, 2 blocks to BC pizza restaurant, Chinese restaurant, as well as other shops. Enjoy the beautiful and very family friendly Harbor Springs Zoll Street Beach (nick named Baby Beach as it is so safe and family friendly for all ages) only a mile away. Don't stress about packing beach supplies we supply four comfortable beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and an umbrella for your ease. Boyne Highlands is also only a 9 minute car ride away wether you are enjoying their 4 golf courses, ziplining, horseback riding, bike trails or skiing with the family! Another favorite spot of ours is Pond Hill Farm! Only a ten minute beautiful drive away, with year round family fun! They have farm to table food, an onsite brewery, a barn and playground full of fun! Including lots of outdoor activities for kids and adults as well as live music on most weekends! Every season you will find things to do they have a family friendly hike through the woods where kids go on a gnome hunt for clues to win a treat at the end, you can stop along the way and feed the trout at the trout pond. In the Fall you can do a ton of fun outdoor family activities as well including smashing pumpkins, playing life size foosball, and many more! In the winter they have a great tubing hill for the whole family! After all these wonderful choices of adventures come back to your home away from home for a wonderful nights rest! This house is a great place to call home base while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay!

These hosts are outstanding! On arrival (winter), the furnace had broken. Within 15-20 minutes they had responded & determined no immediate repairs possible so they moved us to a better house!We stayed in this house a few months ago and loved it. Fast response to all questions then as well.

Fantastic 3BR/2bath house right behind Harbor Springs Market (open 8-7, old IGA) a short 10 min walk to downtown Main Street. Lovely beach/modern decor, well stocked kitchen. Easy to cook in with excellent pots, good knife block knives, wood cutting boards, lots of flatware/dishes, bar cart. Bathroom/laundry/kitchen products such as detergent/dishwasher pods/spare towels and beach towels all provided. Quiet street lovely to hear wind in the trees/rain not traffic noise. Fast response to questions: we couldn't get the smart TVs to work initially (turned out remotes all in wrong rooms) they sent a whole new batch of remotes and batteries the same day plus a bouquet of flowers! After that smart TVs (Netflix/casting from our devices/other apps) all worked perfectly. Very clean house, no issues with our dust/pet allergies. As we went out a lot to see family, we didn't use the backyard but it was lovely with a big propane grill and sitting area.We would definitely stay again. Outstanding management.

This was a perfect spot. Extremely well-stocked, good location, very attentive host. We had everything we needed and would definitely return. The living room was a little hot at times but totally manageable.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this house, which came with everything needed for the beach, cooking, and otherwise feeling at home. The grocery store is just around the corner which is helpful when traveling with kids. A quick ride or walk down the hill, and you're in the heart of Harbor Springs. The house is conveniently located for trip to Mackinac Island, the Tunnel of Trees, Petoskey, and Charlevoix. We would happily return.
