About this house rental
Come experience the splendor of Northern Michigan and Harbor Springs in this beautifully maintained, spacious home. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance to downtown. This is a perfect gathering space for a larger group with 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The open floor plan provides ample space for relaxation, dining, meal prep and games, without having to miss out on any of the fun. The living room contains a 65" smart TV capable of streaming Netflix, Prime video and Disney Plus, with a comfortable space to enjoy your favorite shows or movies. Enjoy our selection of games and play one at the corner table. French doors open onto the deck, where you'll find a gas grill and patio table for outdoor dining.
The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare meals for a crowd and features high-end stainless steel appliances, including large fridge/freezer, microwave, gas range and dishwasher. Inside the pantry, you'll find ample space to store food and snacks for your visit as well as additional small appliances such as a blender and waffle maker. If in need of additional fridge or freezer space, feel free to use the side-by-side located in the attached garage. Guests may enjoy meals around the large dining table (seats 8) in addition to the spacious kitchen island (seats 6). We also provide a kids' table with 4 chairs and a portable high chair for groups with small children.
Each of our 6 bedrooms provide a comfortable place to retreat for some rest after a fun day at the beach or on the slopes. The first floor master suite features a king size bed, walk-in closet, french doors to the deck and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double vanity and jetted tub. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms with king size beds and large closets and a bunk room that contains a full-full bunk bed. The upstairs bathroom contains a large walk in shower and double vanity.
The newly finished basement provides a retreat for games or a movie night. Relax on a plush sectional while watching a movie or the game with our Samsung 120" projector. A table and chairs allow space for playing a game or enjoying meals and snacks. There are two bedrooms (1 king and 1 with twin beds) that each have a separate entrance but also have a pocket door connecting them- perfect for families with young children. A luxurious full bathroom contains both a tub a voluminous walk-in shower.

An absolutely, gorgeous place to stay. We had eight adults and four children (2-10). This house was perfect for our families. Each family had space for themselves and then the gathering places for the family was fantastic. We had pizza for everyone when we arrived in the spacious kitchen. We had a fire in the firepit one evening, where we roasted s'mores and lit glow lights. This is a home I would highly recommend.

what an absolutely beautiful home! i was with my sister, niece, my two adult children and my 95 yo father. It could not have been more comfortable and we had an amazing relaxing and fun stay. We sat on the deck at different times and it was very peaceful for coffee and late afternoons. We had a fire in the pit and - THANK YOU FOR THE COMPLIMENTARY S'MORES - very thoughtful! Went into Harbor Springs, two beaches in Petoskey which was beautiful - overall, a wonderful 4 day stay. Suggestion - best to replace the kitchen fry pans as they are down to the metal underneath and very toxic to use for that reason. Plus they are hard to clean without the nonstick surface and there was evidence of previous occupants not cleaning them hardly at all.
